The NEW ALL STAINLESS STEEL ROBAR 2 Bolt coupling can be used to couple dissimilar pipe diameters in the same nominal size group.The coupling is a “stab-fit” design allowing for the use on IPS/HDPE, ductile/PVC and AC pipe without disassembling the coupling. Completely fabricated from stainless steel material minimizing corrosion attacking the coupling.

ROBAR  1406 Straight and Transition Couplings are used to make a non-restrained connection between two pipes of the same nominal size with same or different ODs. The 1406 is supplied with Stainless Steel fasteners. ROBAR 1406R Reducing Couplings are used to make a non-restrained connection between two pipes of different nominal sizes.

ROBAR 1408 Straight and Transition Couplings are used to make a non-restrained connection between two pipes of the same nominal size with same or different ODs. ROBAR 1408R Reducing Couplings are used to make a non-restrained connection between two pipes of different nominal sizes. The 1408R is supplied with enamel paint and mild steel fasteners.

ROBAR 2406 Service Saddles are used to take a service outlet off a transmission or distribution line. The 2406 is suitable for use on C900, Ductile Iron, Cast Iron and AC pipe due to their wide strap configuration. The 2406 saddle comes with enamel paint and Stainless Steel straps.

ROBAR 2408 Service Saddles are used to take a service outlet off a transmission or distribution line. Recommended for use on Ductile Iron pipe and Steel pipe. Not suitable for Plastic pipe. Comes with shop coat and low alloy steel straps. Designed for tapping into Steel, Ductile Iron and Cast Iron pipe. Saddle straps and bodies are shaped to evenly and safely distribute the clamping load to the pipe. When tightened, they conform to the various diameters in each nominal size of pipe within specified working range.

ROBAR 2506 Service Saddles are used to take a service outlet off a transmission or distribution line. The 2506 is suitable for use on C900 pipe due to their wide strap configuration. The 2506 comes with fusion bonded epoxy coating and stainless steel straps.

ROBAR 4499 Restraint Lugs are designed for use on Mechanical Joint Fittings to prevent pull-out.

Joint Harnesses specified per AWWA M-11 are designed to restrain flexible couplings on steel pipelines. The harnesses will be supplied bare steel to allow for field welding into place. Sizes available 14” – 96”. Larger sizes available on request.

ROBAR 5696SC Snap Clamps are used to effectively repair holes or breaks in water mains. The 5696SC has a partial wrap gasket used when a full wrap is not required. 5696SC available in 3/4″ – 4″ nominal sizes with lengths of 3″, 6″ and 9″.

ROBAR 5600 Series Repair Clamps are used to effectively repair holes or breaks in water mains. 5616 – 1 set of bolt closures – sizes: 3″-12″, 5626 – 2 sets of bolt closures – sizes: 4″-16″, 5636 – 3 sets of bolt closures – sizes: 12″ – 30″, Larger Repair Clamps are available upon request.
