RoboLiner is our patented (US 8,500,941 B2 & US 9,056,714 B2) pre-manufactured composite liner system comprised of spun-woven geotextile and a 100% solids pure polyurea system. RoboLiner may be used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce wearing courses and resilient surfaces on a variety of substrates. RoboLiner is inert, it will not hydrolyze, leach, or contaminate other materials, and is bond-able and paint-able. RoboLiner is relatively moisture and temperature insensitive, allowing application in the most problematic ambient conditions.

RoboPad® like our RoboLiner® products is robotically manufactured in a controlled environment and arrives fully cured. After the installation the RoboPad® is ready for use unlike the field applied system that takes a week to cure.

TCS-380-CL is a 100% solids elastomeric polyurea developed for applications such as geotextile lining membranes. TCS-380-CL may also be applied to concrete and steel substrates. TCS-380-CL is a volatile free, odorless system applied with 1:1 mix ratio with plural component spray equipment. Uses- TCS-380-CL provides less shrinkage with improved elongation characteristics. As a result, TCS-380-CL makes an excellent polyurea for liners, geotextile coatings, and applications where resilience and durability are required. TCS-380-CL may be applied at varying thicknesses in a single application using a multi-pass spray technique.

Product Description- TCS 357 M is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two-component polyurea elastomer spray coating material. TCS 357 M is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce coatings, liners, wearing course sand resilient surfaces on metal and other substrates. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -40°F without special conditioning of the component resins and isocyanates. TCS 357 M produces an extremely tough film at all thicknesses. Single or multiple pass applications produce films from 10 to 1000 mils with appreciable sag or runs. TCS 357 M may be applied in all positions and to any properly prepared substrates. TCS 357 M is inert, it will not hydrolyze, leach, or contaminate other materials, and can be bonded and painted. TCS 357 M is relatively moisture and temperature insensitive, allowing application in the most problematic ambient conditions.

Description TCS HM is an industrial adhesive, 100% solids, that bonds to a wide variety of substrates. The material will cure in the presence of moisture and retains elastomeric properties over a wide temperature range, The adhesive can also be used as a seaming material or repair product for Roboliner® and membrane. The product is supplied in convenient “kits”- no weighing is necessary.
