Clean up your plant while allowing for large parts and overhead cranes. RoboVent Push-Pull systems represent a total-plant solution that integrates a full complement of engineering, design and manufacturing capabilities available from RoboVent. When source capture isn`t possible due to large parts or overhead cranes, the push-pull system can recirculate the air in the entire plant without conflicting with these obstructions.
Fusion Vortex - Industrial Air Filtration System
The Fusion Vortex creates a plant-wide environmental vortex to capture and clean dirty air. This system is ideally suited for facilities where source capture of smoke or dust is difficult due to unusual manufacturing operations or when there are overhead cranes or limited ceiling space. By turning the entire facility’s air at a consistent rate, the Fusion Vortex is able to capture dirty air from challenging places, clean it, and return it to the facility.

The RoboVent FlexPro™ Hi-Vac smoke-collection system is a versatile, simple and powerful solution for welding smoke extraction. Suitable for both manual and robotic welding applications, FlexPro is designed to eliminate the need for backdraft hoods and large ductwork. The FlexPro Hi-Vac air filtration system collects fumes right at the source. It's the perfect companion to the RoboVent Fume Gun. It can also be used with suction tubes mounted to your fixture or welding table—or, in the case of large metal structures or vessels, directly to the weldment itself. FlexPro is designed for plug-and-work use: simply attach your hi-vac suction tube, connect to a power source and start collecting weld fumes.
