The line adopts the world advanced high-tech patent technology to produce both symmetrical and asymmetrical barrier films with excellent performance such as outstanding formability and high barrier performance. With more than 3 barrier layers, the film products are widely used in packaging of food, farming products, petrochemical and medical products. Automatic die head, double water cooling ring, sizing water ring and oscillating haul-off system can be applied to meet different requirement and formula.

This line, using multi-layer co-extrusion die head, water cooling and oscillating haul-off, is suitable for processing resins such as LDPE, mLLDPE, LLDPE, PP, dual copolymer PP, triple copolymer PP for packaging films and lamination film with good performance of barrier, sealing, transparency, light-tight, cooking, preservation, thermal sealing and printing properties. The multi-layer coextrusion packaging film could replace most of CPP and BOPP plastic film for food, agricultural, medical, agricultural chemicals, petrochemical industry, commodity and military products packaging at high quality but low cost.

Compared with three-layer coextrusion film, five-layer coextrusion PE film is more flexible in formula, and it has more advantage on the layer ratio and thickness control. Five-layer Coextrusion Blown Film Line (PE) is specified to produce five-layer coextrusion PE film. The die head, processed in CNC milling center, adopts side feeding with predistribution spiral mandrel structure and compact design. The whole line will improve at least 20% of energy saving efficiency, and shorten at least 15% of the raw material changeover time.
