Snap Clamps provide a fast and economic repair to small damages in pipes up to DN 300. They are applied on board of ships and by plumbers for repairs above ground. The rubber partially covers the inside of the band and allows the repair of small holes caused by corrosion or frost.

The RSC Clamp is designed for pipes of DN 20 up to and including DN 200. RSC clamps can be used as an economical alternative to RS-1 clamps, but only for local damages.

Romacon stainless steel repair clamps style RSO are used for permanent repairs of broken and damaged pipes for water, gas and petrochemical fluids.

Romacon repair clamps can be equipped with a threaded outlet up to 4`. The clamp specifications are identical to the specifications of the Romacon standard repair clamps. The standard outlets are threaded according to ISO/ DIN or BSP. American CC or IP threads can be supplied upon request.

The Romacon stainless steel drilling saddle can be supplied with special branch pipes (among others, POLVA and branch pipes with male and female threading). The Romacon stainless steel drilling saddle can be supplied with branch sizes starting at 1/2` to 2`. Special branch sizes can be supplied on request. The saddle can be supplied onwards from DN 80 to DN 350. We can also supply the required branch pipes for blow-forming equipment applications.

Romacon DTS alignment saddles are used to make permanent (hot) taps on existing or new pipe lines for water and gas pipes. Application: The Romacon DTS Saddle can be used to make taps on all pipe types except PE for water and gas applications. This saddle is ideal for pipes covered with polyethylene, but also fits old pipes perfectly.

Romacon stainless steel tapping tee type SST are used for permanent (hot) taps on several pipe types for water, gas and petrochemical fluids. Application: The SST is in fact a reinforced double band clamp with a flanged outlet. The standard working range is 20mm. The upper body is reinforced to accomodate the installation of valves and drilling equipment.
