It is perfect for standard reverse osmosis water filtration units or any type of water filtration unit with a 10-inch housing. With a micron rating of 1, it is the smallest opening preventing most particulates from entering your water system. Melt-blown Four Layer Filtration Polypropylene Sediment Filter Cartridges. The sediment filter cartridge is often used in the first filter installed in the Reverse Osmosis circuit.
