Rosedale - Automatic Backwash Filter System
Self-cleaning filters represent the ideal situation and provide the most productive and labor free solution. Rosedale Products` ABW is unique because our patented technology backwashes with a very low volume of liquid. This is achieved by using air pressure to create the shear velocity needed to effectively clean the filter element.
Rosedale - Separator Filtration System
Use our centrifugal-action separator to remove grit, sand, metal chips, fines, and other heavy solids from liquids. Perfect for use as a pre-filter to extend the life of fine filtration systems. These units require little or no maintenance, as there are no moving parts to fail or wear out, or filter media to clean or replace. The unit only requires a simple purging, eliminating downtime due to cleaning or backwashing. For flows from 6 gpm and retention ratings to 50 micron.

Rosedale - High Flow Housings
These housings are available in standard and custom configurations to suit your specific needs. All housings are designed, manufactured, tested, and code stamped in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1. They are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate from 1 to 31 filter cartridges in 40-inch and 60-inch lengths and two popular styles. You can select from the "High Flow" basic size 6.32-inch (152.4 mm) seal diameter or "Trade Size" #2, 7.20-inch (182.9 mm). Larger housings are available upon request. The horizontal style maximizes ease of operation and change-out, while reducing the systems footprint.

Rosedale sanitary service filters conform to USDA/3A dairy standards with housings of polished 316 stainless steel and have quick-release clamp-type covers. Outlets and inlets have sanitary flange connections. All internal surfaces can be visually inspected (and easily cleaned in place).

Rosedale bag-sized pleated filter cartridges are unique. Twenty-five* square feet of high efficiency material is sandwiched between two flow-enhancing, coarse-mesh screens, and then pleated in a supported construction. This supported pleat construction ensures flow cannot be pinched off. It also greatly strengthens the overall integrity of the element. The seams in these filter cartridge units are thermally welded, to prevent leakage or contamination bypass. The top sealing ring and cartridge bottom, made of solid molded polypropylene, are thermally welded to the pleated cylinder.
Rosedale - Model PS 500 Series - Bag Sized Absolute Rated Cartridge
These absolute-rated filter cartridges offer maximum dirt holding capacity coupled with micron filter retention ratings to 0.5 at 99.98% efficiency. These micron filter elements are manufactured in a unique "Y" pleat arrangement that optimizes its physical size and maximizes effective surface area. A low fluid flux rate maximizes dirt containment. This means filter cartridge element life is extended and productivity is increased, resulting in fewer filter cartridge change-outs, less labor, and lower replacement costs.
