Water-Based Systems

Fire Sprinkler Systems

Sprinkler systems are used for automatic fire fighting, to protect life and property. The operating principle is straightforward and reliable. It has the largest share of the market for water extinguishing systems. The consistent use of VdS-approved components and careful processing ensures maximum safety and compatibility with international standards.

Spray Deluge Systems

Spray deluge systems and water spray systems are used in areas where there is a risk of rapidly spreading fires. In case of fire, these extinguishing systems expose the protected object rapidly and extensively to extinguisher water. In addition, they are also particularly suitable for cooling items that are very sensitive to heat or highly flammable. The VdS spray deluge systems of Rosenbauer Fire Protection are installed according to the VdS guideline or DIN 14494.

Gas-Based Systems

CO2 Fire Extinguishing Systems

Carbon dioxide (chemical formula CO2) is a versatile industrial material, used, for example, as an inert gas in welding and fire extinguishers. It is colorless and in low concentrations the gas is odorless however, at sufficiently-high concentrations, it has a sharp, acidic odor. Amongst inert gas extinguishing systems, CO2 extinguishing systems have the greatest acceptance worldwide. The particular advantage of the extinguishing agent is that a room „inerted“ in the event of a fire only has to be aired properly after successful extinguishing. CO2 is inexpensive, reliable, electrically non-conductive and is completely without residue – from a single rack to complex spatial solutions. There is still no alternative to CO2 extinguishing systems for protecting mills and hardening basins.

Fire Alarm Systems

Modern fire detection systems (FDS) detect fires early and independently report a direct call for help to the assisting agencies. They consist mainly of the fire panel, display and control of the fire detectors and alarms.
