Rosenxt’s pilot manufacturing workshop focuses on enabling quick research and development (R&D). This makes a seamless and fast bridge between an initial concept or prototype possible and is the basis for full-scale production. Our workshops combine a high level of available manufacturing expertise, be it additive manufacturing such as advanced 3D printing, machining of ceramics and sophisticated metals, or polyurethane processing. We equip our facilities with best-in-class equipment for optimal production outcomes. On the one hand, we can ensure timeliness and quality through our own manufacturing. On the other hand, we have test capabilities to verify that components meet your specifications, which we test in high-pressure chambers, test loops, or water channels, for example.

NDT systems are used extensively in the harsh production environments of steel mills, pipe mills, and workshops. For this reason, it is essential that these inspection systems are regularly serviced and maintained. Our experienced technicians and engineers support testing machines and systems from engineering and manufacturing, through commissioning, to end-of-life or modernization with service, maintenance, repair and upgrades. We also offer our services in the form of maintenance contracts. These guarantee fast response times and, if necessary, the availability of spare parts.

The agreed maintenance dates give you the security that your NDT system is always available and that, for example, necessary calibrations of the test electronics are carried out in time.
