Chemical Pumps

Roth - Low NPSH Regenerative Turbine Chemical Pumps

Roth Low NPSH chemical pumps provide continuous, high pressure pumping of non-lubricating and corrosive liquids at only 1 ft. (0.30m) NPSH. These pumps are designed to pump a wide variety of chemicals including liquefied gases from 4 to 150 GPM (0.91 to 34m3/hr) with process heads up to 1600 ft. (448m) TDH, and temperatures from -150° to +450°F (-100° to +232°C). Front pull-out makes seal maintenance easy. The impellers in Roth pumps are machined from one piece of metal. A special inducer, provided in all Roth low NPSH pumps, is designed to function without cavitation when pumping liquids at or near their boiling point. These pumps are ideal for pumping liquefied gases.

Roth - Regenerative Turbine Chemical Pumps

Roth regenerative turbine chemical duty pumps provide continuous, high pressure pumping of non-lubricating and corrosive liquids. These regenerative turbine pumps are provided with one piece, machined self-centering impellers for operation with a wide variety of chemicals with process heads up to 1400 ft. (427 m.), 600 psi (40 bar), TDH at 3500 rpm, NPSH from 3 to 14 ft. (0.91 to 4.2 m.), and temperatures to 450°F (232°C). A wide variety of mechanical seals are available. Front pull-out makes pump seal maintenance easy. Roth regenerative turbine chemical pumps are providing continuous, reliable service in many types of environments around the world, including offshore oil platforms, refineries, and chemical and industrial plants. Capacity 100 GPM (22.7 m3/hr).

Roth - Sealless Magnetic Drive Pumps

Roth offers sealless magnetically driven pumps, which require an NPSHr of only 1 ft (0.30m) FULL CURVE. These pumps can produce any level of differential pressure to 1500 ft (457m) (this pressure is 900 ft (274m) greater than centrifugal pumps) and capacities from 4 to 180 GPM (0.91 to 40m3/hr).

Roth - Multistage Chemical Pumps

Roth high pressure, low NPSH, multi-stage chemical pumps solve the most difficult pumping problems. These pumps can handle continuous non-pulsating differential pressures up to 2000 psi (141 kg/cm2) and up to 5400 ft. (1646m)TDH. They provide low NPSH and are quiet, too. Capacity 4 - 150 GPM (.912 to 34 m3/hr). The non-pulsating discharge pressure makes the Roth pump ideal for de-superheating operations.Roth multistage chemical pumps offer the highest pressures ever developed at 1750 RPM in a single low NPSH turbine pumping unit. Up to ten stages can be combined in a single regenerative turbine pump. Detachable suction and discharge connections can be repositioned to suit pipe layout. Socket weld connections can be provided for high pressure pumping.

Industrial Pumps

Roth - End Mounted Industrial Pumps

End Mounted industrial pumps for non-lubricating liquids up to 100 GPM & 100 PSI. Roth end mounted industrial pumps have been proved in the field for 35 years on hot water, low NSPH, vacuum evacuation, and suction lift. Drip proof bearing frame, sealed bearing, stainless steel shaft, renewable liners, and mechanical seals for low and high pressure make this pump the most versatile industrial design of today.

Roth - Deaerator Pumps

Developed to pump 230˚F deaerated water from the deaerator to the boiler. This original design has now been improved to include high capacity models fully functional at one foot NPSH. All Roth one foot NPSH deaerator pumps are end mounted with two moisture protected ball bearings. No process lubricated bearings.

Roth - Multistage Feedwater Pumps

Roth multistage feedwater pumps deliver high pressures per stage at 1750 RPM. 2, 3, 4, and 6 stages can be combined in a single regenerative turbine pump. Each stage approximately multiplies the differential pressure by the number of total impellers. The Roth multistage pump design incorporates the possibility of module staging so that operation is at the point of peak efficiency, thus reducing power input and driver size and increasing pump life.

Roth - High Pressure Boiler Feed Pumps

Advanced two stage pump for intermittent or continuous high pressure pumping of hot chemically treated feed water. Designed to deliver high pressure at medium to low capacities without cavitation. Roth high pressure boiler feed pumps provide reliable service operating at a low 1750 RPM further shielding parts from particle abrasion and wear. All Roth high pressure boiler feed pumps are two stage pumps with center mounted impellers between two bearings for balanced shaft loading.

Steam Condensate Return Systems

Roth - Steam Condensate Return Stations

Roth Pump standard steam condensate return transfer stations are the most popular and meet most water applications. These units will deliver hot water at temperatures up to 200˚F (93˚C) and will not vapor bind at 210˚F (98˚C). Receiver capacities from 8 (30 liters) to 50 gallons (189 liters) can be supplied on these standard condensate units.

Roth - 212˚F Steam Condensate Return Stations

Roth 212 ° F (100 ° C) Steam Condensate Return Stations are designed to handle water near or at the boiling point. Low NPSH submerged pumps provide full capacity at any liquid temperature up to 212 ° F (100 ° C). These units will deliver hot water at temperatures up to 212 ° F (100 ° C) and will not vapor bind at 212 ° F (100 ° C).
