This above ground cryogenic piping consists of a stainless steel carrier pipe insulated encased in a 300°F polyisocyanurate foam that has a 25/50 Flame/Smoke rating. This makes this piping system suitable for indoor & outdoor service. The spiral seam jacket made of aluminum, galvanized or stainless steel is durable & watertight. Systems are supplied in 20’ or 40’ lengths and can be supported from the outside with maximum supports spans. This system is manufactured specifically for the cryogenic industry and applications used to transfer propane, butane & LNG.

Rovanco’s FRP Wrapped High Temp Conduit is designed piping systems suitable for up to 750°F applications. The outer conduit is wrapped with 100 mils of fiberglass and designed to withstand 35,000 volt holiday test. Conduit is provided with spooled out, part numbered, cut-to-length pieces factory manufactured to field dimensions. Leak detection and heat trace options are available.

Rovanco’s Galva-Coat High Temp Conduit is designed piping systems suitable for up to 750°F applications. Pyrogel XT-E insulation and a durable 10-gauge minimum thickness steel conduit is hot dip galvanized inside and out for corrosion resistance with industry standard mil thickness per ASTM A123. System is supplied in 40’ lengths, spooled out, part numbered, cut-to-length pieces factory manufactured to field dimensions.

A very rugged Stainless Steel Containment System ideally suited for the LNG Industry with its CryoGel Z Insulation. With its durable Schedule 10 Type 316 Carrier inside a Schedule 10 Type 304 welded stainless steel containment pipe, this system can withstand the rigors associated with LNG manufacturing and transportation. Supplied in 20’ single random lengths with elbows and tees manufactured at Rovanco’s plant, stainless steel sleeves the same thickness as the conduit, and shrink sleeves to make the installation completely watertight, makes this a containment system with a long, dependable service life.

Rovanco`s FRP System is designed for applications requiring a durable FRP casing. It is supplied with spooled out, part numbered, cut-to-length pieces factory manufactured to field dimensions. All elbows, tees and end seals are manufactured at Rovanco’s plant. FRP containment comes complete with joint kit including adhesive and accessories required for installation.

Rovanco’s FRP Containment System with a carbon steel carrier pipe is designed for applications related to fuel handling with an industry specified Red Thread IIA casing. FRP containment comes complete with joint kit including adhesive, and accessories as required for the installation. This system can be manufactured with optional Leak Detection included.

The outer containment is hot dip galvanized which keeps the jacket corrosion resistant. The containment comes complete with steel sleeves the same thickness as the containment. Supplied in 20’ or 40’ lengths, means an economical, high-quality system for applications such as fuels, chemicals, etc.. Pre-fabricated fittings or Quick Fit fitting covers enable the flexibility to re-route piping line easily.
