The Roxtec GH is a cable and pipe seal for casting in concrete or bolting onto even structures. The rectangular steel frame allows for high cable and pipe packing density. The transit can be used with a GE extension frame to cover the depth of a thick wall.

The Roxtec GH EMC is a cable and pipe seal ensuring electromagnetic compatibility. The rectangular steel frame is bolted onto steel or sandwich walls/floors and allows for high packing density. There is a choice between Roxtec ES sealing modules for electromagnetic shielding and PE modules that protect against conducted disturbances. Both module versions adapt to cables and pipes of different sizes. The transit can be used with a GE extension frame in galvanized steel to cover the depth of a thick wall. Roxtec EC (electrical continuity) test sticks are available to help indicate the electrical performance of the transit installation.

High cable density transit devices for Ex environments with a frame in 316L. The Roxtec HD Ex are cable transit devices for harsh and hazardous environments. They are certified for Ex eb and Ex tb areas in temperatures from -60 to +80°C and available in three different sizes. The cable transits are area efficient and allow up to 32 cables per opening. The entry seals have a 316L stainless steel frame and sealing modules which are adaptable to a variety of cable sizes. The seal can be used with armored cable requiring bonding and grounding.

Ex rated round transit for welding when sealing multiple cables and pipes in a limited area. The Roxtec R Ex with SL R is a cable and pipe transit rated for Ex e and Ex tb areas. It is developed for round holes and has a sleeve that are to be welded to the structure. The compression is integrated in the transit frame and seals by expansion. The Roxtec Ex sealing modules adapt to cables and pipes of different sizes and can be used to build in spare capacity in the seal. The transit frame has a net on the backside to aid horizontal installations (not included in R 70 and R 75).

Lightweight fire rated transit with knock-out, for bolting. The Roxtec FlamePlus™ transit with extension is a multi-cable and pipe transit for bolted attachment. It’s a composite frame with a wide flange to enable bolting onto concrete and bricks without risking cracks. The lightweight modular design, including a knock-out plate, not only makes it ideal for sandwich panels and simplifies logistics and handling it also ensures environmental protection until cable routing. The sealing modules adapt to cables and pipes of different sizes and can be used to provide spare capacity. Together with the extension attached to the backside it forms a complete fire rated installation.

Transit with adaptable outside to fit non-standard sleeve sizes. The Roxtec RS OMD is a seal for single cables or pipes in metal sleeves. The entry seal has two halves with removable layers making it adaptable to cables and pipes of different sizes. The transit has layers also on the outside to be adaptable to non-standard sleeve sizes and openings. The design of the transit makes it easy to install around existing cables or pipes.

The Roxtec RS PPS with SL PPS is a transit kit consisting of two Roxtec RS seals and an intumescent-based sealing strip that wraps around the plastic pipe in between. Each seal is adaptable to pipes of different sizes thanks to removable layers. The penetration seal ensures complete blocking of smoke, flames and water in case of fire. For plastic pipes up to 386mm.

Transit for cables entering via foundations. The Roxtec H3 UG™ seal is ideal for cables entering via foundations and works as a long-lasting barrier against flooding, gas, humidity and rodents. It is a three-part seal that is easy to install also in wet conditions and in environments with running water. The transit withstands extreme cable bending and has a +3mm tolerance towards the aperture as well as an indicator showing when a compressed seal is achieved. The seal can be installed into sleeves, conduits and core drilled holes.

Round seal for single cables and pipes entering via foundations. The Roxtec RS UG™ is a two-part seal for installation around single cables or pipes entering via foundations. It works as a long-lasting barrier against flooding, gas, humidity and rodents. The transit can be installed also in wet conditions and environments with running water. It withstands extreme cable bending and has a +5mm tolerance towards the aperture as well as an indicator showing when a compressed seal is achieved. The seal can be installed into sleeves, conduits and core drilled holes.
