Dust Collectors

Royal Filter pleated dust collectors are used in a variety of application in air pollution control such as welding, laser, and plasma cutting, sandblast surface preparation, powder coating, bulk solids handling, cement and concrete batch plants. Dust collectors are available in either panel or cartridge design and are manufactured with a wide variety materials. The pleated dust collectors are tested in accordance with ASHRAE 52.2 Minimum Efficient Recording Value (MERV) which measures initial efficiency at 0.1 to 10 microns.

Intake Air Filters

Royal Filter manufactures a wide variety of filter products for Intake Air applications for Stationary Engines, Gas Turbine systems, compressors and blowers. Several types of media can be used in the design of the intake air filter for your specific application. Phenolic Impregnated Cellulose is used when moisture resistance is critical. Low energy (no cure) media acrylic resin/cellulose or PVA/Cellulose can be used in protective environments. Spun bonded, self supporting and wire backed polyester, along with Lofted and Borosilicate microglass are also available. These intake filters have been characterized by ISO5011 using AC fine test dust by weight analysis for inlet air cleaning equipment for internal combustion engines. Royal Filter can retrofit major OEM’s such as Hoffman, Industra, Cooper/Ajax, Ingersoll Rand, Tennent, Powerboss, Universal Silencer as well as many others.

Industrial Liquid

The Royal Filter RL Series element is designed for efficient removal of particulates from liquids or gases when nominal filtration is required. The RL Series elements are constructed of the finest quality materials. The media is phenolic, resin impregnated cellulose, heat cured for strength and durability. Tin plated steel outer body and endcaps, thermosetting PVC adhesives, and Buna N gaskets are standard on RL Series elements. Center cores are spiral formed, electroplated steel to prevent cartridge collapse at high differential pressures. The RL Series offers quality and performance at an economical price.
