E1T series is our standard sequential controller with up to 99 outputs. 2 relay output contacts and 2 digital inputsfrom contacts.

E2T series is our “clean on demand” Economizer model with up to 99 outputs. 2 relay output contacts and 2 digital inputs from contacts.

E6T series is our “clean on demand” Economizer available for larger baghouses with up to 184 outputs. 3 relay output contacts, 2 digital inputs from contacts. Micro SD data storage card. Same points as the E2T except standard with metal enclosure and quick intuitive menu with large luminous display.

E4T Series is a sequencer card operating within a remote pilot enclosure. The sequencer operates at 24vdc. Up to 8 pilots can be mounted in each enclosure with the sequencer card. The pilots are protected inside the enclosure box, isolated from the environment, any dust, weather or accidental impacts.

The Twist Lok assembly system is a Royal Wire patented invention, which delivers the simplest and most economical field assembly of multi section wire cages. Just hold the ends in position and hand tighten in a clockwise direction. Simply twist counter clockwise to separate the sections. Turbo RCP Pilot Boxes are a safe and convenient enclosure for solenoid valves required in the operation of remote style pulse valves. All RCP Pilot Boxes are die cast aluminum, dust tight and water tight, rated NEMA 4 / IP66, with common terminals pre-wired.

To create the OEM Filter Connection, Royal United brought together the low cost producers of OEM quality filters in all configurations (filter bags, cartridges and pleated filters). Collectively they recognize Royal United as their exclusive sales / service center to the OEM market and have agreed to support our efforts with OEM pricing levels that values Royal United’s total filter business with every pricing decision. In turn, we represent the most cost effective route to market for our partners in which there is no incremental cost added to your filter pricing.

The MATRIX electrical wiring system is designed to significantly simplify and reduce the overall cost to wire integral pulse valve solenoid coils to timers, controllers or terminal blocks. The MATRIX is a pre-wired harness specifically manufactured and provided per customer requirements which includes the number of exits (valves) and pitch (pulse valve center to center distance) to fit coils with standard DIN connections. One Matrix harness can support up to fifteen (15) integral pulse valves. For arrangements requiring more than fifteen (15) integral pulse valves, multiple Matrix harnesses can be combined as required to provide Matrix connectors to all pulse valves on the header.
