RPS - Seamless FEP/FRP Dual Laminate Piping Systems
Dual Laminate pipe systems incorporate a thermoplastic liner in an FRP structure combining the enhanced corrosion resistance of thermoplastics with the higher strength and load carrying capabilities of FRP. MAXAR Blue liners are seamless Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) Teflon® through 20” diameter. This fluoropolymer meets the requirements of ASTM D2116 Type III and may include less than 1% inorganic pigment for identification.
RPS - Seamless PVDF/FRP Dual Laminate Piping Systems
Dual Laminate pipe systems incorporate a thermoplastic liner in an FRP structure combining the enhanced corrosion resistance of thermoplastics with the higher strength and load carrying capabilities of FRP. Our PVDF liners are Kynar Flex®, Polyvinylidene Fluoride resin, seamless to 12″. This resin meets the requirements of ASTM D5575 and may include less than 1% inorganic pigment for identification.

Our PVC/FRP seamless dual laminate uses only virgin Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and meets the requirements of ASTM D-1784. It may include less than 1% inorganic pigment for identification.

Our CPVC/FRP seamless dual laminate uses only virgin Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) and meets the requirements of ASTM D-1784. It may include less than 1% inorganic pigment for identification.
