trenchless and punctual repairs. RS MaxPatch is a proven, on-site curing short liner system for the renewal of short sections in pressureless pipes from DN 100 to DN 800. RS MaxPatch cures at ambient temperatures with virtually no shrinkage and even under water. The resin ensures the best possible sealing of the defective pipe and eliminates the need for a preliner and heating system. The RS MaxPatch has extensive suitability tests and is approved by the DIBt (German Institute for Building Technology ) as a process.

RS-Technik - Pipe Rehabilitation Inversion Unit

The RS LinerGun is a lightweight inversion device that can be used flexibly in the rehabilitation of pipes. The device is especially popular because of its easy handling. It is not necessary to wind up the liner. The RS LinerGun® is suitable for both open and closed rehabilitations.

RS Technik - Pipe Rehabilitation Inversion Device

With the RS LinerCannon the soaked liner is installed into the damaged pipe using compressed air. The liner is kept under pressure until the epoxy mixture has cured. Hot water or steam can accelerate the curing. Plus point of the LinerCannon®: Use around inclines and groundwater is possible.

Compact system for impregnating liners. With the RS calibration roller we offer you a compact system for the impregnation of pipe liners up to DN 300 and DN 400.

RS Technik - Epoxy Resin Heating System

The big advantage of the epoxy resin systems is the safe curing by heat. With the RS HotBox you have a mobile heating system at your disposal. The system is digitally controlled. We offer the RS HotBox in 2 variations with different heating capacities: the RS HotBox 60 and RS HotBox 105.

RS-Technik - Controlled Mixing Unit (CMU)

The RS CMU (Controlled Mixing Unit) is a simple mixing system that ensures air-free mixing in the static mixer and an exact mixing ratio.

RS Technik - Resin Dosing and Mixing System

The RS CCM (Computer Controlled Mixed Unit) is a fully automatic dosing and mixing system that enables the air-free mixing of resin components while optimizing processing time. Another advantage of the RS CCM: The entire installation process is documented and can be passed on to the client if required. In addition to the RS CCM, the RS LinerGun is part of the heart of the RS MaxLiner system.
