The ACS-TD twin discharge air classifier is engineered for high capacity ultrafine classification, crucial in various particle processing applications. Its design incorporates a relatively small rotor diameter, which is efficient by utilizing both ends for fine product discharge. Their cyclones are crafted to meet specific application requirements, ensuring optimal performance. The cyclonic separators are divided into two main series: Premium Efficiency (PE), which prioritizes collection efficiency, and Standard Efficiency (SE), which focuses on minimizing pressure drop. RSG also offers a fully equipped test system and particle size laboratory to support custom applications. Notably, the PE 65 cyclone can handle a nominal gas flow of 15,000 cubic feet per minute, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications, such as coal grinding circuits.
