Excavator Riddle/Shaker buckets for any size excavator and configuration. RSL has a standard range of products. As we design and manufacture our attachments in Hertfordshire we can what other suppliers cannot  we can easily customise to you needs. A typical example is the Riddle Bucket. We can provide a budget option such as the profiled back which is good for riddling stone from soil. The heavier duty option is the bar back riddle. We can customise the bucket width, and the riddle bars spacing. Also the teeth if you prefer a certain make. Our standard tooth option is the CAT tooth shown in the middle picture. It is easily replaced and the tooth holders we use give the bucket a flat bottom which is great for working on concrete pads.

Concrete Muncher attachments for excavators from 3t to 35t,  the jaws are Hardox 450 grade and the crusher can be specified with 360 degree rotation. 3t-9t = 25t force. 10t-19t = 55t force. 20t-35t = 75t force. From £4844.94.

Cone Splitters are an efficient way to split awkward, knotty wood or splitting lengths ready for a chipper or for logs. Suitable for 2.5t to 9t diggers, our cone splitters feature: 4000nm torque, 200mm diameter cone. Replaceable tip: £2800 including welded pin brackets and pipes.  You will need to add your own quick couplers. Small surcharge for loose pin brackets.

Compactor wheels from RSL can come in all shapes and sizes we have our standard range but more often than not we make them bespoke for your needs. Above are pictures of 3 wheels. The centre picture shows a standard 10t-14t wheel albeit with a multi pin set up. The picture to the right is a an extra wide version. All our wheels run on brass sleeves with carbon plugs. These sleeves are relatively maintenance free with just the occasional greasing required. The standard wheels also have a bolt on scraper which can also have additional scraper plates added for high wear abrasive material.

The Mark II Scrap car dismantling pincers are a very efficient way to strip the more valuable metals from cars. Depending on how you want to process the cars this can then be a one man operation. The super narrow tweezer like jaws of the pincer allow removal of wiring looms, catalytic convertors, alternators, starter motors, radiators and of course engines an gearboxes. One man can pull all the parts and separate them into waiting bins. (see video below) The pincers work best when the car is held down. We can provide a clamp system that can be fastened to your machine or a floor mounted system that can be also be moved when required. The clamps have attachments for stripping the looms of larger plastic parts and also alternators and starter motors. Please contact us to see how this system can work for you.

Pallet forks for excavators are an extremely useful way of moving materials on site especially when the going gets tough. We can manufacture fork carriages for any size excavator. The carriages have a castellated top bar allowing the forks to be fixed in a multitude of widths. We can also manufacture carriages for telehandlers. Theses carriages can be specified with an "overgrab" allowing objects such as trees to be clamped. We also manufacture pipe clamps. A client came to us with an issue. They were working on a site where health and safety was tight. No one was allowed onto the load bed of the lorry to strap or sling the large pipe. We came up with a way to handle and clamp two pipes but also of varying sizes from 300mm to 750mm without the need to manually adjust the carriage. The twin clamp arm automatically by way of hydraulic valves adjusts to single or double pipe irrespective of size. The carriage also has a 2m wide adjustable fork stance to cope with long lengths safely.

We manufacture many different varieties of grabs from tined grapples to sorting grabs to large volume grabs. We also manufacture manual versions of these.
