As such, a potential risk is involved, a severe emergency may suddenly and unexpectedly occur, such eventualities should be anticipated and proper methods should be devised in advance to meet them.

Electro chlorination is a simple and proven technology to convert ordinary salt water [or brine or seawater] into Sodium Hypochlorite by means of Electrolysis. It is produced and applied on-site. The device which uses this technology is named as Electro chlorinator or Onsite Hypo Generator. Sodium Hypochlorite is universally accepted for combating slime, algae and other Bio-organisms in Water. The most important aspect of Sodium Hypochlorite usage is its economy and effectiveness in killing bio organisms thereby disinfecting water. Electro chlorinators find application where Chlorine is not readily available or where operation with chlorine is not acceptable.

CHLORINE is a pungent smelling, Corrosive, Green/Yellow gas. It is very heavy gas and readily absorbed by most materials. Its properties relay mainly on its oxidizing power. The monitoring aspect of chlorine to avoid serious health risks, corrosive to metals like M.S. Aluminium etc. HUSAINI offers chlorine gas leak detector with electrochemical sensor which only detects ® Chlorine in air (No cross sensitivity to any other gases like HCl, So , NH , to avoid false alarm).

Motive Water ( water at high pressure) passes through the injector to produce vacuum. This vacuum extends upto Automatic Vacuum Regulator (AVR). The chlorine gas supplied [from Tonners / Cylinders or Chlorine Evaporators] under pressure is reduced to a lower pressure by Pressure Reducing Valve [PRV] and to a constant vacuum at the AVR. The gas under vacuum passes through a Gas Flowmeter or Rotameter and Flow Control Valve [FCV].

Chlorine dioxide is one of the fastest growing Chlorine alternatives in water treatment solutions. This technology offers the benefits of effectiveness at high pH, being unaffected by ammonia, and demonstrating significant advantages over Chlorine in systems susceptible to high levels of organic contaminants. Because Chlorine dioxide is a selective oxidizer, its ability to control microorganisms in water at very low dosages makes it an especially cost effective solution. Solubility: Chlorine Dioxide is approximately 5 times more soluble than chlorine and 50 times more soluble than ozone.
