RUNI - Screw Compactor
Small, Compact and User Friendly Screw Compactor for EPS. RUNI has developed a small compactor for EPS (RUNI SK120), that suits the retail trade and smaller industrial companies. Used packaging and packaging materials made from EPS in the retail and industrial sectors take up masses of space and require frequent collection. EPS cannot be compacted in ordinary waste compactors. Runi screw compactor solves both the space and waste problem.

The Second Smallest RUNI Screw Compactor for EPS. RUNI SK200 screw compactor is the second smallest machine for compacting EPS and is recommended at an expected annual volume of 10 - 30 tonnes. The screw compactor can compact the EPS (also known as airpop) at the ratio of up to 50:1. Before the EPS was compacted 50 trucks were needed to take the EPS to landfill. Now one truck is enough.

RUNI SK200TWIN screw compactor, from the series of EPS machines is recommended where fast compacting of a volume of EPS is needed, but where the annual EPS amount is max. 50 tons. The density of the compacted blocks is approx. 350 kg/m³. Many of our screw compactors are fitted with a pre-crusher for a specific task. In some cases, however, an exceptionally powerful pre-crusher is required. We recommend a RUNI Heavy Duty Pre-crusher, either fitted directly to the compactor or as a self-contained unit.
RUNI - Compactor for EPS (AIRPOP)

EPS is used for many purposes e.g. insulation and product protection during transportation. EPS is not biodegradable and when not compressed, it often ends on landfill where this light, but expansive material creates significant problems. However, by selling the compacted the EPS blocks you can generate an income. This is a benefit for EPS recycling and the environment.
RUNI - EPE/Expanded Polyethylene Compactor
EPE Waste - Expanded Polyethylene. EPE (expanded polyethylene) is used for packaging for sensitive products such as glass and electronics. EPE consist of shock absorbing cells with air and therefore it has large volume. The volume is a huge problem when it comes to storage, transport and disposal. However with RUNI EPE foam machine you can compact the EPE into block which can be sold for recycling. This means that you can generate an income of your EPE waste.
