Designed for a variety of refrigerants such as ammonia, CO2, propane and various halocarbons in food and beverage processing plants and cold storage warehouses. RVS vessels and packaged systems are also available for service in the oil and natural gas industry for water filtration, natural gas liquefaction and petrochemical refrigeration.

The MPC Semi-Welded Plate Chiller Package incorporates semi-welded plate heat exchanger technology with split-flow surge drum design and state of the art level controls into a complete package which reduces installation time and cost compared to field fabricated units. The unit comes complete with oil management system and proportional liquid feed assembly requiring only two refrigerant connections in the field

The MVA Matrix Vertical Accumulator Package reduces installation time and cost compared to field fabricated units. At the heart of the package is the Matrix LLC™ (Liquid Level) Control Panel, providing total liquid level control. The MVA Matrix Vertical Accumulator Package is available in a complete range of vessel diameters from 16” to 144”, with or without internal pipe coils. Major components are maintained in factory inventory to enable fast on-time shipments.

The MVI Intercooler Package reduces installation time and cost compared to field fabricated units. At the heart of the package is the Matrix LLC™ (Liquid Level) Control Panel, providing total intercooler or accumulator level control. The MVI Intercooler Package is available in a complete range of vessel diameters from 16” to 144”, with or without internal pipe coils. Major components are maintained in factory inventory to enable fast on-time shipments.

MRP Recirculator Systems are completely assembled by a factory-trained workforce dedicated to building quality refrigeration products. All packages, vessels and piping are fabricated from ASME Code materials by certified welders. The packages are assembled in a controlled factory environment to the industry’s highest quality standards. The finished package is designed for long-life, simplified installation, and easy access to perform routine maintenance functions.

The MTP Matrix Transfer Package combines the function of a vertical accumulator vessel with a high differential pressure pump to transfer liquid from the accumulator to the high pressure receiver without the need for hot gas assist. The MTP is the industry’s only factory-built transfer package system to provide liquid transfer without hot gas assist utilizing a low-probability pump as defined by IIAR2. The liquid management, transfer control, and pump operation is controlled by the Matrix Liquid Transfer Control Panel (LTC).

RVS is the first and only manufacturer in the industry to integrate all of the recirculator functions into a single microprocessor control panel. Now, RVS raises the bar of performance and capability with the new and improved Matrix II™. The Matrix II is easy to use and includes Factory Set Points based on the actual conditions of service.
