Our UV/Vis fiber optic flow through cells are ideal for demanding applications including process control, chromatography and when monitoring reactions in remote locations. The flow through cell is independent of changes in refractive index and compatible with a variety of sample types including gaseous vapors as well as hazardous and/or corrosive liquids.

We offer both visible and UV/Vis spectrophotometers to meet your analysis needs. All models incorporate CCD detection and fiber optic sampling for ultimate versatility. Our Model 430 and Model 440 incorporate a high sensitivity CCD that is 4x more sensitive than the CCD offered in our Model 410 and 420. This makes the Model 420 and Model 440 ideally suited for reflectance and other low light analyses such as fluorescence. The S.I. Photonics fiber optic dip probe is one of the most popular accessories for use with the 500 Series UV/Vis Spectrophotometers. The fiber optic dip probe eliminates the need for traditional cuvettes for liquid measurements. The probe can be immersed in a beaker, water bath, enclosed pipe or any suitable vessel containing sample.

The 400 Series optics bench is an extremely versatile accessory compatible with all 400 Series Spectrophotometers. While the optics bench functions just like a traditional cuvette holder, the incorporation of fiber optics and CCD array detection eliminate the need for the cuvette holder assembly to be placed within a darkened compartment that is customary with most traditional UV-Vis spectrophotometers. This makes for easy clean-up in the event of spills and added versatility for large or difficult samples.

The 400 Series Reflectance Probes are ideal for measuring the absorption characteristics of solid surfaces, powdered substrates and liquids.
