SABO designs, constructs, and integrates customized solutions for conveying and handling. We design, manufacture, and install systems for your products and your required packaging type, delivering flexible and reliable lines for cases, pallets, crates, carton boxes etc.

SABO Dosing Feeder is used to regulate the incoming waste continuously and uniformly.

SABO’s Single-Shaft Bag Openers achieve bags ripping without damaging, smashing or blending the containing materials, having high efficiency and availability rates (above 95%). This way sorting and ease separation of the different waste streams is being facilitated at the upcoming process stages.

Rotary Drum Screens achieve material separation by size. SABO manufactures rotary drum screens of variable length, diameter and mesh size for screening any type of incoming waste (mixed MSW, recyclables, compost, RDF, C&D, etc.), completely adjustable to client needs. Mesh surface can be fixed or exchangeable, of single or double size perforation, to separate two screening size. Special elements can be installed on the drum’s surface to enhance movement and breakage of materials.

SABO Bottle Perforator is used for piercing and flattening the plastic bottles in order to increase the efficiency of the pressing bales. The Bottle Perforator consists of two shafts, directly by gearmotors. Each shaft has a set of drilling knives which, upon rotation, effectively pierce and flatten the incoming plastic bottles, releasing them through the exit. The machine is equipped with sliding system in order for process line to continue its operation.

Chain Conveyors are steel-plated or rubber-belt conveyors used for transporting heavy loads of waste and materials over high elevations.

Trough Belt Conveyors are used for transporting bulky materials, i.e. mixed MSW, bio-waste, RDF, minerals.

SABO Mobile Sorting Platform is designed as ergonomic and comfort for the manual sorters, which task is to ensure the highest quality of the final fractions and avoid the inlet of bulky and dangerous parts into the line. It consists of a sorting conveyor belt on a lifting platform with the ability of adjust the working width via a double hydraulic cylinder system. The platform has hook lift system for easy truck transport depending on customer needs.

Scrapers are used for transporting light, bulky materials, usually at higher elevations.
