Consulting Services
Assessment of the financial performance and financial forecast of the Luppe-Aue wastewater association. Based on the assessment, alternative options for merging the association with neighbouring associations were developed and analysed. The result of the analysis was a detailed proposal (economic, legal, political) for a merger of the client with a neighbouring wastewater association from the state of Saxony.
