SAJA - Tufted Steel Wire Cassette for Runway Sweepers

The Tufted Steel Wire Cassette by SAJA is designed to enhance the performance of runway sweepers by efficiently managing debris across diverse surfaces, including ice, snow, and foreign object debris. Crafted from bundles of high-quality galvanized steel wire, it ensures optimal functionality and longevity. The cassettes are tailored to fit the brush cores of various manufacturers, providing a full sweeping width and easy assembly. Made with thermoplastic elastomer bushings and polyethylene core, the cassettes withstand harsh conditions, maintaining flexibility even at low temperatures like -35°C. This feature is validated through rigorous testing in extreme Finnish weather conditions. Moreover, SAJA cassettes feature a secured locking wire and are compatible with a broad range of sweeper brands such as AEBI SCHMIDT, BOSCHUNG, FRESIA, and others. Certified under the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, these cassettes guarantee high-quality manufacturing and are available in various set configurations for quick and reliable assembly.

Saja Skyline - Brush Cassette for Heavy-Duty Airfield Sweeping

The Skyline Brush Cassette, constructed entirely of polypropylene, addresses the challenging demands of airfield maintenance. Its robust design offers notable chemical resistance, making it ideal for heavy-duty cleaning of debris like snow, rubber, soil, and FOD, ensuring timely and safe aircraft operations. Developed to operate effectively in temperatures as low as -40°C, the cassette remains functional across harsh climates without bristle breakage, ensuring efficient snow and ice clearance on runways. The product is available in various sizes and profiles to fit numerous sweepers, facilitating a full sweeping width for diverse machines. Continuous bristling improves material use and consequently extends product life. Saja - Oil Recovery Brushes for Cleaner Nature

Fighting back for nature: Nature is at stake, as oil spills and leaks threaten the vulnerable marine life, bird life and nature. In worst case scenario oil spill reaches shoreline. Oil recovery at open water and rehabilitation of oil contaminated sites on shorelines rely on environment authorities, rescue services, nature conservation and volunteer organizations. Where oil spills occur on the open sea or on the shore area the spread of oil can be prevented by the use of barriers and then the oil has to be collected by oil collection vessels or skimmers equipped with brushes.
