The Portable Unit is designed to be taken directly into the field or on the road as a portable air filter cleaner for diesel engines air filters or any piece of equipment with a canister style filter. The Portable Unit can also be used as a dedicated tool on a single piece of movable equipment that has a diesel engine air filter or a canister style filter.  The Filter Blaster utilizes patented technology to clean your diesel engine air filter or canister style filter quickly, effectively but most importantly SAFELY!!

The 4.5" rotor is designed for optimal cleaning of diesel engine air filters or any canister style air filters with an inside diameter of 4.5" up to 6".  This rotor is sold separately from the Portable Unit which comes with a 6" rotor standard so the operator can customize his/her Portable Unit to meet their specific filter cleaning needs.  Each rotor comes with a Rotor Disc Guard to ensure that you will never touch the inside of your air filter and damage the rotor or your air filter.  Just one more way the Filter Blaster has been designed to never damage your air filters.

The 9" rotor is designed for optimal cleaning of diesel engine air filters or any canister style air filters with an inside diameter of 9" or larger.  This rotor is sold separately from the Portable Unit which comes with a 6" rotor standard so the operator can customize his/her Portable Unit to meet their specific filter cleaning needs.  Each rotor comes with a Rotor Disc Guard to ensure that you will never touch the inside of your air filter and damage the rotor or your air filter.  Just one more way the Filter Blaster has been designed to never damage your air filters.

The 12" Extension Shaft is designed for optimal cleaning of diesel engine air filters or any canister style air filters with an overall inside HIEGHT of over 26".  This 12" Extension Shaft is sold separately from the Portable Unit which, comes with (2) 12" shafts standard for cleaning diesel engine air filters or any other canister style air filters up to 26" so the operator can customize his/her Portable Unit to meet their specific filter cleaning needs.

The 6" rotor is designed for optimal cleaning of diesel engine air filters or any canister style air filters with an inside diameter of 6" up to 9".  This rotor comes standard with the Portable Unit and other sized rotors are available separately so the operator can customize his/her Portable Unit to meet their specific filter cleaning needs.  Each rotor comes with a Rotor Disc Guard to ensure that you will never touch the inside of your air filter and damage the rotor or your air filter.  Just one more way the Filter Blaster has been designed to never damage your air filters.

The 3" rotor is designed for optimal cleaning of diesel engine air filters or any canister style air filters with an inside diameter of 3" up to 4.5".  This rotor is sold separately from the Portable Unit which comes with a 6" rotor standard so the operator can customize his/her Portable Unit to meet their specific filter cleaning needs.  Each rotor comes with a Rotor Disc Guard to ensure that you will never touch the inside of your air filter and damage the rotor or your air filter.  Just one more way the Filter Blaster has been designed to never damage your air filters.

The Filter Blaster can now be used on bag and sock filters used in concrete silos, dust collectors and any other applications where hanging, soft-sided filters are used. The Filter Blaster Cage for use with our 3" Rotor, allows the operator to clean the bag filters by simply feeding the Filter Blaster into the filter and while the rotors is spinning and applying low air pressure to clean, the cage ensures the filter never comes in contact with the rotor eliminating any chance of damaging the filter during cleaning.  For use with the 3" rotor only.
