Environmental and Social Assessment, Planning and Management
SAM Rah Shahr offers a wide range of advisory and environmental consulting services from the early stages of the project until completion, and further extending to the post project monitoring.
We provide a full suite of environmental planning, management and assessment services for our clients to help them preserve and restore environmental resources, develop the proper lands for proposed activities, minimize the projects’ environmental, social and health impacts, distinguish between potential and actual environmental risks and manage them to reduce the negative effects.
Multiple criteria decision analysis and environmental site selection, feasibility study, impact assessment, legal consultancy, management and monitoring plan, environmental site assessment (due diligence), ecosystem services modeling, and ecological capability evaluation are some of our studies for above mentioned purposes.
Environmental Baseline Studies
Environmental Baseline Studies (EBS) are conducted in both desk-top studies and field surveys to establish existing environmental and social conditions at a site prior to any site development or implementation. The studies are undertaken in the early stages of master planning or as a part of environmental permitting requirement. It is important to recognize constraints and opportunities at the site to provide a benchmark against any potential future impacts resulting from environmental and social changes during the life of the proposed development.

SAM provides environmental laboratory services thru collaborative laboratories with the highest quality.
