Sandur Fluid Controls Pvt Ltd products
Skid - Mounted Dosing System
Systems range from a basic single pump with manifold pipping on a base plate, to multiple tanks and pumps piped on a common skid with complete controls. Designs cover a wide range of capacities and materials to suit any application and industrial environment.
Controller
Control equipment for dosing pumps for the regulation of free chlorine, pH, RedOx, EC and proportional dosing. Specially designed for online dosing through PI and PIQ (PI + flow) control, in water treatment applications, organic irrigation, industrial processes, cooling towers, swimming-pools/ spas. Analogue control output 4-20mA for frequency inverter and digitals for ON/OFF control.
Model Hydraulic - Injection Pump
Hydraulic piston dosing pumps hydraulically driven. Flows from 25 l/h to 500 l/h with working pressures from 1 to 12 bar. Manufactured in plastic materials resistant to most chemical products used in applications for agriculture, livestock and water treatment.
Electromagnetic Dosing Pump
Model E Series - Electromagnetic Dosing Pumps, Metering Pumps
Sandur electromagnetic dosing/metering pumps are solenoid driven and are controlled electronically by a PCB. The only moving part in the pump is the solenoid armature, with a maximum movement of 1.25 mm. There are no rotating parts in the pump and hence, no lubrication is needed. The wear and tear is negligible and the pump is virtually maintenance free. The diaphragm is made up of high quality nylon fabric reinforced EPDM with moulded steel core and has layer of PTFE on the liquid contact area.

Model B - Series - Electromagnetic Metering Pumps, Manufacturer, Supplier
In the E & B range of pumps, the frequency can be varied between 4% & 100% and the stroke length between 10% & 100%. Thus, pump can operate in the range of 0.4% to 100% of the rated capacity. While the frequency can be adjusted in steps of 25%, 50% and 100%, the stroke length can be varied from 10% to 100% in CC3 series. The pump also has an inbuilt facility for automatic control of dosing and can accept pulse signals or analogue signals of 0/4-20mA. The pump also has the additional feature for low-level indication in the dosing tank. The pump is suitable for a power supply of single phase, 230V (AC)
Motor Driven Dosing Pumps
Model Dostec - 40 - Diaphragm & Piston type
DOSTEC-40 dosing pumps are heavy duty, high precession, motor driven diaphragm pumps for dosing liquid products. This series allows many injection possibilities depending on the head being chosen. The available heads are: 25, 50, 100, 200, 300 & 500 l/hr for the piston series, and 25, 50, 100, 200, 300 l/hr for the Diaphragm series. DOSTEC-40 dosing pumps are manufactured with materials that can resist most chemicals. They are designed for all sorts of processes where it is necessary to dose a product into a hydraulic network, such as food, textile, chemical industry, water treatment etc.
Model Dostec - 50 - Diaphragm & Piston type
DOSTEC-50 dosing pumps are heavy duty, high precession, motor driven diaphragm pumps for dosing liquid products. This series allows many injection possibilities depending on the head being chosen. The available heads are: 330 to 1000 l/hr. DOSTEC-50 dosing pumps are manufactured with materials that can resist most chemicals. They are designed for all sorts of processes where it is necessary to dose a product into a hydraulic network, such as food, textile, chemical industry, water treatment etc.
Model Multifertic - Diaphragm & Piston type
The MultiFertic injection pump are heavy duty, high precision pumps for chemicals products and additives, made up of one driving module and 1 to 4 injection modules each having capacities of 25, 50, 100, 200, 300, and 500 l/h. The same injector can be connected several injection modules to apportion different products (INDEPENDENT INJECTION) or to increase the injection flow. By increasing the number of modules in the same injector, a higher flow regularity is obtained, whereby in the 4 modules model an actually continuous flow is obtained.
