Geomembrane
Santas - Synthetic Rubber EPDM Membrane
EPDM is a synthetic rubber produced from the refinery product Ethylene and Propylene.Whereas the properties of natural rubber (high elasticity, expansion, tensile strength, resistence to cold) cannot be changed practically, In synthetic rubber it is possible for the chemist to produce the rubber according to the desired place of use and requirements by affecting / changing the raw material and molecular structure of the rubber. Among rubber products, EPDM Rubber is characterized by its elasticity, tensile strength and elongation at break, even at high temperature changes; resistance to different weather conditions, sun rays and ozone, acids and solutions.
Santas - Felted EPDM Membrane
In mechanical roofs, it is fixed to the roof with a mechanical fixation method. Geomembranes are welded with 4 cm heat air. It is used in renovation of old roofs covered with bitumen. The geotextile laminated side of the membrane is adhered on the old membrane by heating with the old bitumen torch. Geomembranes are welded with 4 cm heat air. Felt material, which is stuck on a 0 mm thick membrane with a thickness of 1.15 mm, helps to protect the sealed EPDM membrane and ensures the surface fixation of the membrane. Felted EPDM Membrane which is produced between 200gr-1000gr / m² and between 800 mm - 1600 mm width, is produced in 25 m and 50 m standard lengths, but can be produced in different lengths upon customer demand.
Santas - PVC Membrane
PVC is one of the most important amorphous plastics. So there is no crystallization. Therefore, it is completely transparent. By this means, plastic additives can penetrate homogeneously into the structure of PVC and integrate with PVC. With these additives, the properties of PVC can be combined in different ways. Thus, it can be used in many areas. Because it is durable, resistant to atmospheric conditions and robust more than half of the world`s PVC is used in the construction industry. With the selection of suitable additives, PVC can be processed at 180-200 C without decomposition. Deformation of this plastic alloy is possible at low temperatures. In such processes, the raw materials are combined. Thus, pipes, hoses, profiles, foils and plates are extruded. The wires are covered, the insulated guide rails are formed in cylindrical shape, the ready parts are poured out by sprayed and the hollow bodies are formed by blowing.
Santas - ECB Geomembrane
ECB stands for `Ethylene Copolymer Bitumen`, it is a raw material in the form of granules obtained by the thermoplastic mixture of ethylene copolymers and bitumen.
Santas - TPO Membrane
TPO membrane is a thermoplastic polyolefin based mixture, it is a new technological product that is resistant to atmospheric conditions, sun rays (UV), plant roots and offers long service life thanks to its high tear, puncture and abrasion resistance. It is a reinforced TPO Waterproofing Membrane, which is UV resistant, vapor permeable, equipped, can be combined with a hot air source, has root resistance and is used in roof waterproofing applications. TPO membranes are designed to provide waterproofing on all roofs exposed to harsh weather conditions and sunlight.
Santas - FPO Membrane
The word TPO comes from English and consists of the initials of the words "thermo plastic olefines”. The word FPO is of German origin with the same meaning and consists of the initials of the words "flexible polyolefine".In short, TPO and FPO are the same products and there is no chemical or mechanical difference between them.
Santas - HDPE Membrane
Thanks to the special resin used in the production of the antioxidant and carbon black mixture, it is produced as UV-resistant / UV-resistant depending on chemical, biological and mechanical effects. It is a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) synthetic waterproofing geomembrane, which is formed by processing the densities of different polyethylene raw materials in extruders and forming them homogeneously. Base isolation is High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) geosynthetic cover called plastic synthetic cover. The produced plastic cover shows different density and thickness features according to different purposes. The surface of the geomembrane covers can be flat or rough depending on the surface to be applied.
Santas - Bentonite Membrane
It is a waterproof and airproof material obtained by composing Sodium Bentonite granules, which are placed between braided on one surface and unbraided geotextiles on the other surface. Thanks to its high swelling capacity when it comes into contact with water, it provides waterproofing feature. Geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) combine geosynthetics with sodium bentonite clay to form a highly impermeable barrier that often replaces thick layers of strong compacted clay.
Santas - EPDM Consumables Dilatation Tape
Black and gray color, UV resistant, root holder, resistant to salt and chemicals in soil and water, resistant to atmospheric conditions, manufactured in DIN 7864 standard (with flexible feature produced by ethylene, propylene, Dien Monomer, based synthetic elastomer calendering and vulcanizing method) 1 EPDM Strips, 50 mm thick, surprising,4 mm in diameter, 2 or 3 rows of holes on both sides , can be applied by adhering to concrete surfaces with epoxy. Roll length is 25 m.
Felted Drain Pipe
Santas - Felted Drain Pipe
It is an installation which is installed to prevent the harmful wetness of ground to the plants and to make the ground structure suitable and to ensure their ventilation, In addition, to ensure that the rainwater that penetrates the soil is rapidly removed in places such as the protection of buildings from humidity or sports fields, and to prevent mud from running underground to prevent mud. Please contact us for the new generation self-filter felted drainage pipes.
