EPDM is a synthetic rubber produced from the refinery product Ethylene and Propylene.Whereas the properties of natural rubber (high elasticity,expansion,tensile strength,resistence to cold) cannot be changed  practically, In synthetic rubber it is possible for the chemist to produce the rubber according to the desired place of use and requirements by affecting / changing the raw material and molecular structure of the rubber. Among rubber products, EPDM Rubber is characterized by its elasticity, tensile strength and elongation at break, even at high temperature changes; resistance to different weather conditions, sun rays and ozone, acids and solutions.

In mechanical roofs, it is fixed to the roof with a mechanical fixation method. Geomembranes are welded with 4 cm heat air. It is used in renovation of old roofs covered with bitumen. ECB stands for `Ethylene Copolymer Bitumen`, it is a raw material in the form of granules obtained by the thermoplastic mixture of ethylene copolymers and bitumen.

TPO membrane is a thermoplastic polyolefin based mixture, it is a new technological product that is resistant to atmospheric conditions, sun rays (UV), plant roots and offers long service life thanks to its high tear, puncture and abrasion resistance. The word TPO comes from English and consists of the initials of the words "thermo plastic olefines”. The word FPO is of German origin with the same meaning and consists of the initials of the words "flexible polyolefine".In short, TPO and FPO are the same products and there is no chemical or mechanical difference between them.
