The Lab Scout is a very easy to operate instrument to detect and quantify natural and artificial radionuclides in material samples. For standard operation procedure neither a computer nor special skills of the operator are required. On the other hand, the instrument can still be used as a flexible and powerful tool in the laboratory.

The Nuc?Scout monitors the local dose rate as well as the activity of up to 28 user selectable nuclides. The results are available as time distribution over the whole sampling period. The sampling interval can be adjusted by the user. A complete energy spectrum is saved for each interval on the internal memory card.

The poCAMon personal online continuous air monitor combines a very compact design with a high flow rate and long battery life. The unit measures long living aerosols as well as short living Radon daughters by alpha spectroscopy and beta counting. The instrument recognises if only natural Uranium aerosols have been collected and adjusts the related dose coefficients automatically. The continuous peak shape adaption results in an accurate natural background compensatione independent on filter exhaustion and particle size.

The new Radon detection monitor for high precision reference measurements. The Radon Scout eXpert offers an outstanding sensitivity of 25 cpm/(kBq/m³). Moreover, due to the unique detector technology, the instrument will not be affected by any variations in temperature and humidity, external radiation, mechanical shocks, and vibrations. The new Radon monitor comes with a well-established communication protocol which allows data transfer with the proprietary software or integration within an existing infrastructure. A USB interface but also relay output and Wi-Fi connection are provided. For easy use of the device, it is equipped with display and control buttons. Direct start/stop and measurement evaluation without the need for external control unit like a PC. LEDs indicators provide information about Radon threshold violation, battery and measurement status.Internal calculation routines allow not only to display the actual and average Radon values but also the estimated dose.

The Smart Radon Sensor offers a very high sensitivity in a very small and shapely housing. The Aer 5000 continuously monitors the ambient air to detect airborne radioactive aerosols (LLRD). Typical application fields are nuclear facilities, the NORM industry, mines and nuclear medicine (e.g. ISO 16639). The unit is very suitable for limited space conditions due to its compact design. The aerosols will be siphoned by the internal pump, deposited on the surface of a filter and analysed by spectroscopy. The natural background due to radon and gamma irradiation will be fully compensated. The Aer 5000 is instantly ready for operation after powering. The intuitive touch screen operation and the straightforward menu structure allow the operation even by unversed users. The device with its plain surfaces can easily be de-contaminated. The pump works very quiet. The open face air inflow in combination with a regulated flow rate ensures a uniform and low-loss deposition of the aerosols on the filter surface.

The fast and statistical accurate measurement allows—in combination with the optional switch output—the direct control of ventilation systems to maintain the statutory radon threshold. As all SARAD devices, the instrument can be calibrated. All results are saved in the non-volatile memory and may be read out through the USB interface.The calibration process fulfills the requirements of the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.

The RTM?1688-2 is a versatile radon and thoron monitor covering the complete field of radon measuring. Its high sensitivity combined with its spectroscopic measuring method allow for fastest measuring even of low concentrations of radon. At the same time the concentration of thoron can be quantified. Radon entry paths can be discovered by the “sniffing mode”. Soil gas sampling as well as radon in water measurements are simple because of the built in pump. The operation of the radon/thoron monitor is realised by only one button. A serial printer may be connected to the interface of the RTM?1688-2 to present a protocol directly on site. The radon/thoron monitor can be directly connected to a modem for remote data transmission. The Radon Vision software (included in delivery) handles the remote connection as simply as a direct cable link. The measurement chamber is not sensitive against humidity variations; a drying tube,commonly used in such instrument types, is not required.

The Radon Scout Everywhere with high measurement sensitivity characteristic, which enables the radon concentration to be determined quickly and accurately, the device offers direct access to the measurement data via the Internet without additional hardware. Whether with a LAN cable connection or Wireless with the integrated LTE modem, the measurement date is available instantly on the PC or server, always secure with end-to-end encryption. With its appealing design, adjustable measuring interval, the switch output and the calibration certificate from our DAkkS-accredited radon calibration laboratory, the device offers both flexible usage scenarios and recognized measurement quality. The device is exceptionally suitable everywhere where autonomous operation is advantageous, or where data needs to be collected simultaneously from a number of locations without personal involvement.

The EQF?3320 allows measuring the concentration not only of radon and thoron gas but also of their decay products, in relation with the volume of the particles of the aerosol. The instrument samples free and attached decay products as well as the cluster component within the range of 20 to 100?nm. This component appears commonly during combustion processes in the air. The small aerosol sampling head can be removed from the device and placed in any other part of the room. The fine pored membrane filter of the newly developed sampling head is exchangeable without any tool. The filter has a reinforced membrane fiber and an automatically controlled rotary vane pump that guarantees a constant air flow through the filter. A stainless steel mesh is employed to separate the free decay products. Several tests have shown an excellent reliability of the measurement results.
