We offer a comprehensive repair, maintenance, and calibration service for all our products. The radon calibration process fulfills the requirements of the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. Please fill the form from our website and send the information to us BEFORE YOU SEND ANY INSTRUMENT. We need the type of the instrument, the serial number and a short description of the failure or the expected service. Then, you will get from us a first cost estimation and more detailled information on the further course of action. This procedure will be required due to the German fiscal and custom regulations.
