The new 4S shredder is available in 12 versions and offers full modularity, meeting various demands for different materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, hospital waste, wood and post-consumer products in aluminium and plastic, packaging and much more. Our technology ensures control of fraction size of the processed material. Flexibility is provided by four different electric motor options: from 40 HP (two 20 HP motors) until 60 HP (two 30 HP motors) and three different shredding chamber sizes: 698×800, 1044×800 and 1218×800 mm. Customization is focused on screen size and blades thickness to achieve the demanded fraction size. A PLC provides full automated machine control by components which are part of Industry 4.0 project. Also, they allow communication in compliance with the Internet of Things.

These single shaft shredders are suitable for processing plastic (purges, and plastic in general, pipes and profiles, PET bottles, etc.), MSW, RDF, SRF, wooden pallets and green wood, paper, confidential documents, cardboards, electric cables, textiles and big bags, for a throughput between 800 and 3000 kg/h. The dimensions of the screens available are from 50 to 20mm.

The smallest 2-shaft shredder available in the range proposed by SatrindTech is the right budget solution for shredding material in limited quantities. Suitable for food waste, plastic and paper packaging, hard discs, allows a maximum throughput of 100 kg/h, it can be also used for onboard locations as the machine is Marpol approved.

The hydraulic K50 shredders are suitable for volume reduction of the materials for which a 30hp shredder would not have enough torque for processing them.

The 2 shaft industrial shredder K60M serie with automatic transmission  is derived from the K50 series but has a different type of drive. Unlike the K50 series which has a hydraulic drive, K60M is driven by the innovative M/AWG system. This combines the automatic torque and speed adjustment capability typical of a hydraulic drive but with an electric drive’s advantages.

Productivity, compactness, quietness and ease of maintenance are the basic features that distinguish the automatic transmission used for the K50/M range. Building on this product’s success, we have tried to replicate its advantages and strengths in a larger and more powerful format.
