PASVE - Mounting & Service Valve

PASVE®, developed by Satron Instruments Inc., is a ball-type mounting and service valve designed for maintenance and safety in industrial processes. It allows safe disconnection of Satron VG type level and pressure transmitters, VO optical sensors, and other equipment with a G1 process connection without halting operations or draining tanks. It also accommodates Satron VL and VDtL transmitters when used with the PASVE® BA. Its features include the ability to perform services and calibrations at any point during the process cycle, a rotary mechanism for opening/closing connections, and safety measures to prevent accidental removal of sensors. PASVE® is available in multiple mounting and material configurations, facilitating application versatility. This valve can be operated manually or with an actuator, providing flexibility in different industrial environments.

Preon - VG Pressure Transmitter

The Satron VG pressure transmitters are versatile instruments designed to accurately measure the pressure of clean gases, steam, and non-crystallizing liquids. These transmitters are compatible with the PASVE® mounting and service valve, facilitating easy access to the sensor during process cycles. The VG transmitters feature a flush-mounted design, minimizing the likelihood of clogging when used with Satron couplings or PASVE®. They boast a precision accuracy of up to ±0.05% and offer pressure measurement ranges from 0-4 kPa to 0-25 MPa. The robust, maintenance-free design incorporates a modular structure, allowing for straightforward customization. Each unit is equipped with a welded measurement diaphragm made from a variety of materials and coatings, with thicknesses ranging from 25 µm to 0.12 mm. Additionally, calibration, temperature compensation, and tuning are performed individually for each sensor to ensure optimal performance.

Satron - VOA Multi-Wavelength Optical Sensor

The Satron VOA multi-wavelength optical sensor is designed for accurate measurement of various liquids in process industries. By using this sensor, industries can achieve significant cost savings by reducing the consumption of clean water and optimizing the usage of cleaning agents and end-products like milk in dairy applications. The integration of this sensor into the cleaning-in-place (CIP) processes leads to reduced cleaning times, enhancing overall efficiency. Lumina - VCT Total Consistency Transmitter

The Satron VCT is a precision optical total consistency transmitter designed for use with all pulps across a consistency range of 0 to 12%Cs, making it suitable for a variety of paper machine and pulp mill applications. This device ensures accurate and reliable consistency measurements, with reduced need for regular maintenance. The VCT is equipped with a retraction mechanism, allowing the probe to be changed during operation without disruptive downtime. Key specifications include a process pressure rating of PN25 and an operational temperature range from 0 to 140 ºC, with ambient temperatures ranging from -30 to 60 ºC. The transmitter's wetted parts are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, and it features an IP67-rated sensor enclosure and an IP66-rated display unit. The package includes a sensor with a remote display unit and a 15-meter cable, a ball valve, and a process coupling, offering comprehensive setup flexibility.

PASVE® pH is a mounting and service valve specifically designed for pH sensors. It offers a range of features that can enhance the performance and lifespan of the sensors. The valve allows for pH measurement only when necessary, particularly beneficial in batch operations. It facilitates non-invasive cleaning of the sensors, ensuring they remain wet or cleaned between batches, and enables easy purging of process fluids before sensor removal. However, it supports on-site testing and calibration as users can directly connect their calibrator to it. PASVE® pH is available as a manually operated unit or with a pneumatic actuator, providing flexibility to suit various operational needs. This valve supports the optimization processes in industries where pH monitoring is critical.
