Blank labels (also called blank sticker labels) comprise a large assortment of self-adhesive stickers that are suitable for post-inscription. Most of our unprinted precut labels are thermal transfer labels, so they are individually TT-imprintable with a wide range of ribbons. Some of them, called thermal labels or direct thermal labels, are available in highly specialized film materials so they can be printed in direct thermal printing process. With numerous shapes and sizes for self-printing, our labels for printing are manufactured in different labels stocks, adhesives and colors. Also, we produce unprinted roll labels with multiple die-cuts or with micro-perforations. If none of the existing models of printable labels is helping your application, we can create one according to your specifications.

When sensitive components need to be shielded from vibrations, we can manufacture cover die cut labels or self adhesive foam tapes and parts for an optimum protection. Die cut parts enable consistent quality and high accuracy in complex shapes. The adhesive-free zones allow an easy removal or handling. In addition to die-cutting parts, we manufacture a variety of anti-vibration foam parts for complete shock absorption. Our extensive range of technical foams, including XPE foam (cross-linked polyethylene foam) and EPE foam (expanded polyethylene foam) allows us to select the right density and hardness for an optimal protective solution. Our adhesive foam parts can be provided with conductive or flame-retardant features for the intended industrial applications. For these products, the liner is not die-cutted through, allowing an easy dispensing and application.

Using different printing technologies such as letterpress print, flexography or screen print (serigraphy printing), we can quickly respond to practically any color printed labels demand from our customers. Thus, for simple and functional labels, we use UV-rotation screen printing to print in one pass up to 2 colors. For complex color variations or wide color variety applications, we use 6-color UV flexographic printing system. By this last method, we achieve practically the full spectrum of color options in a single printed design. Our multicolored labels offer original appearance by achieving captivating, photographic quality images. We print with only UV-inks in order to durably maintain the multicolor labels outstanding quality for the lifetime of the product.

High temperature labels are designed to track electronic parts and components through manufacturing processes. PCB labels or other anti static labels for components allow these products to be marked since the beginning, enabling them to safely flow through chemical and solvent washing, ultrasonic cleaning, lead free soldering baths or infrared ovens without label failure. Our extreme temperature labels offer dimensional stability and this makes them the optimum solution for accurate barcode reading. Heat resistant labels can have different characteristics depending on the combination of label material, adhesive and printing technology. As utmost heat stabilized versions, we can offer a film selection for temperatures of up to +350° C. For the electronic industry, we can also produce numerous other solutions such as cable marker labels or labels for wires.

Barcodes are present on almost any product we buy nowadays. They combine alphanumeric (product name or code, readable with human eye) and digital (readable with special readers) identifiers to ensure the track-and-trace ability of the labelled product. As adhesive label manufacturer, we offer high resistance variable data labels such as simple one-dimensional bar code or Data Matrix 2D barcode labels including QR code labels. In terms of simple adhesive barcode labels, we can print both static and variable/serial data such as numbered labels with unique ID. Also, we can enrich them with color dots (dot stickers) or other marks for a quick visual identification.

Caution labels are essential in any production or construction site, as they are containing information on potential danger that could lead to serious injury or death. By placing safety labels on the necessary equipment or designated areas, the workers and visitors are notified of different hazards, restricted zones or the type of equipment that they are required to use. This type of label manufacture is including a wide range of labels with precautionary and guiding messages. Our warning and hazard labelling solutions are designed to withstand chemicals, moisture, abrasion and fading. We combine text and symbols by using multicolor print, in order to highlight your important messages through danger labels and thus to avoid accidents inside your workplace.

For high traffic applications that require protection against unauthorized label manipulation or removal, we offer a vast selection of asset tags with destructible and delaminating originally hidden features. When a manipulation attempt occurs, destructible labels break into pieces and the ultra-resistant adhesive leaves evident marks on the surface where the label was applied. Our labels are provided with die-cut security features, so that material cannot be removed in one piece. Other versions of tamper proof labels are referring to VOID labels or sealing labels. When forced to detach, these labels delaminate and a “void” lettering becomes visible on the adhesive layer that remains on the part. Such anti theft labels cannot be reconstructed or reapplied, thus ascertaining that products are not intact anymore and someone tried to tamper with them.
