Since 2007 SCAIP produces its own range of pipelayers, branded SPX. Designed and based on the experience accumulated over the years in this sector and using the latest technologies, SCAIP is able to offer its customer a reliable, efficient product that complies with the latest safety and environmental regulations. Our SPX Series of pipelayers are working in pipe laying projects across the world.

In 1995 SCAIP entered the padding machines sector. SCAIP has developed a specialized design and construction of padding machines. This includes different sizes and models of the SPD padding machine line to better suit the needs of our client’s projects. The SPD Series includes machines that can either be self-fed or fed by an excavator.

Aiming to supply our customers with an optimal solution to transport bare pipes to be welded along the yard, SCAIP developed and has been manufacturing two different types of pipe carriers. Pipe carriers can carry a range of pipe sizes, from 6” to 60” depending on the project.

SCAIP has developed its own series of pneumatic vacuum lifts to be used for the handling of 12, 18, or 24 meter long pipes and an external diameter from 4″ to 60″. The vacuum lifts work with suction pads constructed to safely lift the pipes without damaging them. The new SVX Series is an evolution of the previous SVL Series, offering increased performance while reducing the overall dimensions and weight.

SCAIP is one of the few world producers of screening buckets. Designed to be easily attached to suitable excavators, our screening buckets can be configured with different sized rotors to produce different sized material.

Since 1994, SCAIP has been producing pipe benders, hydraulic wedge mandrels, and internal line-up clamps suitable for pipes ranging from 6″ to 60″. Our pipe benders can be equipped with heated/air-conditioned cabins for arctic/tropical climates.

SCAIP offers state-of-the-art welding cabins specifically designed for pipeline projects. Constructed from durable stainless steel and UV-resistant polyurethane, these cabins ensure longevity and resilience in harsh environments. Their modular design allows for easy dismantling and containerization, facilitating seamless transport and deployment. To meet diverse operational needs, optional features such as air conditioning, fume extractors, and specialized floor coverings can be integrated upon request. These cabins provide a controlled environment that enhances weld quality and safety, making them an indispensable asset for projects requiring precise and reliable welding solutions.

The line-up clamps produced by SCAIP are a crucial support in pipeline welding procedures. SCAIP’s line-up clamp range includes two model series: SLC Series: for pipe welding with coated electrode process. SLCA Series: for pipe welding with automatic MIG/MAG process, with backing of the welding bath made with copper pads. Available sizes of line-up clamps for pipe sizes ranging from 8″ and 60″.

We are proud to present our latest innovations: the STWP-190 and SFWP-280 Professional Motor Pumps. These motor pumps have been designed to perform two main functions: pressure testing and filling the pipeline system. The pumps combine robustness, efficiency and ease of use in a single device.
