Since the start in 1966, Steinsvik has manufactured advanced parts and components for both national and international clients. Steinsvik is a specialist in machining components exposed to great stress for extended periods of time. This also includes parts made of special quality materials or complicated machining assignments. Over the years we have acquired excellent engineering and machining competence. We have very skilled employees as well as modern and efficient machinery and top-notch procedures to ensure you are in the best of hands.

In Steinsvik we have streamlined production and assembly of products. Our fabrication units produce not only Steinsvik’s own products but also prototypes and products for customers. They also process all types of sheet metal, and perform welding of steel and aluminium. Our department in Vietnam also has facilities for powder coating. Both in Norway and Vietnam we provide machining of parts and components. And we provide mechanical and electronic assembly of both semi-finished and finished products, both for our own products and for other customers. Steinsvik also does pressure testing and functional testing as part of the completion.

In addition to producing our own products, we also produce prototypes and products for other customers. We have supplied products and solutions to an industry in continuous development. This has led to rapid changes and close follow up of both our own, but also our customers` products. We have an advanced machine park, mechanical designers, electronics developers, and software developers. This means that we can quickly go from drawing board to prototype.
