OC 2016 is an oxygen controlling instrument, designed to measure the content of oxygen. Because of the continuous process of O2 measurement, the fuel combustion is under a painstaking control, which will automatically minimize the harmful substances. Due to its innovative features it contains a signal amplifier a wide band sensor and a cable of connection between these two. Wide band Lambda sensor OS2014 is a planar ZrO2 dual cell with integrated heater and is designed to measure the oxygen content value of exhaust gases. The heater supply voltage is controlled, so the temperature of the sensor is kept at the operation point. During the water condensation phase the heater power is limited to avoid damage to the sensor’s ceramic. Sensor OS2014 operates in combination with a special developed Oxygen Control OC2016  from Scan Tronic.

Smart sensor system with integrated electronic controller plays central role in reducing nitrogen oxide emissions of modern diesel, gasoline and gas boilers and burners. The smart NOx sensor was the first volume-produced emissions sensor capable of directly measuring low-PPM concentrations of a specific regulated pollutant. Previously, emissions sensors had only been capable of measuring excess or deficient oxygen for a given air-fuel ratio. NOx can operate from distance up to 100m via RS485 communication but with external power 12V supply.

CAL2 is a handy and robust suitcase produced in blue thermoplastic polyethylene. The suitcase contains the pats necessary to carry out the calibration of Oxygen Control OC2016 and Oxygen Control OC2017 with the sensor OS2014. CAL2 is used  for scheduled calibration every 3 months or supervisory check of all Scan Tronic type of  OC.

OC2017 – Oxygen Control 2017 (Q4 2019) (ready for production). Product based on one O2 (OS2014) sensor, works same as OC2016 on the enhanced platform and matches requirement of modern automatic systems. (Measure O2).

DOC2018 – Dual Oxygen Control 2018 (Q4 2019) (ready for production). Product based on two same O2 sensor and its developed for special system that needs requirement as those. Uses standard sensor port and one 0-10V with adapted special PCB that’s integrated in the case. (measure O2 + O2)

NC2019 – Nitrogen Control 2019 (Q1/Q2 2020) (testing). Product based on one NOx (NOS2019) sensor that’s connected via RS485 communication port and its developed for more demanding systems and emission gas control systems. (measure NOx/O2)

NOC2020 – Nitrogen Oxygen Control 2020 (Q1/Q2 2020) (testing). Product based on one NOx (NOS2019) and one O2 (OS2014) sensor that’s connected via RS485 communication and 0-10V input port and its developed for the most demanding systems. Can be adapted for NOx sensor up to 100m distance from controller. (measure NOx/O2 and O2)
