For medium and high quantities, it is worth automating these recurring processes. SCHILLER AUTOMATION has been developing individual assembly cells for this purpose for over four decades. Depending on the requirements, the pick and place positions are measured with cameras to ensure the highest accuracy during joining. Component-specific, exchangeable grippers or suction cups ensure the injury-free transport of the components. The integrated X-/Y-/Z-/θ-handling transports the components quickly and safely to the desired installation position.

In the times of Industry 4.0, the smart automation of processes with the help of industrial robots is becoming more and more important.
