Schmachtenberg shear blades are used in machines where scrap is chopped and shredded. We provide blades and wear parts for mobile scrap and demolition shears, and scrap shear blades for stationary scrap shears.
Steinstosser-shearing knives are used as top and bottom slitters in guillotine shears and in the manufacturing process of expanded gratings.
Schmachtenberg machine blades are used at every stage of steel production—from raw blocks to ultrafine sheets or wires—in both hot and cold cutting processes. They are very durable and precise down to the micron. With the use of special alloys, even high-strength bars can be cut. We produce machine blades for machines by Andritz, SMS Group, Sundwig, Maschinenfabrik Georg, Danieli, BWG, and more.
Steinstosser machine knives account for reliable and efficient size reduction of electronic waste and cables. We supply shredder knives, distance rings, scrapers and sheet gaskets for multi-shaft-shredders, as well as rotor and stator knives for granulators.
Schmachtenberg shear blades are used in sheet-metal processing as top and bottom blades in plate shears and in the production of expanded metal sheets. Steinstosser is an experienced manufacturer of granulator knives. They are used for size reduction of abrasive fibres.
