Forks are the combining element between the load and the forklift truck. They are the most stressed segments of an attachment and should thus meet highest quality standards.

Carpet poles with small diameters made of solid material are used for handling carpet rolls. Two different materials are processed here (42CrMo4 or 30CrNiMo8) in order to obtain equal load capacities with different diameters. When choosing a carpet pole, it should be considered that the thinner the carpet pole is the greater the deflection. We recommend a carpet pole length of 3000 mm for rolls of 4000 mm length. For rolls of 5000 m length, the carpet pole should be at least 3500 mm long.

Crane jibs are designed for handling suspended loads. The telescopable version can be used for many different applications, even in locations with a limited amount of space.

In many areas of logistics and warehousing technology, telescopic forks are used in order to facilitate one-sided loading and unloading of trucks or storage in double deep racks. Furthermore, these forks can be used as extensions for the adjustment of load depth.

Multiple load handlers allow simultaneous handling of several pallets, which, in comparison to the common handling of one pallet, makes transportation operations more economical and more efficient. Typical applications can be found in the food and beverage industry as well as in the construction materials industry.

Hydraulic rotators are used for sideward emptying in all areas of industry. The continuous rotation range is 360°. The attachment is driven by means of a worm gear with three teeth being constantly in mesh. This results in low strain on the teeth and quiet running of the gear.

Tilting carriages can also be seen as tiltable front carriages. By means of cylinders, the fork carriage is tilted forward 45°. The fork carriage allows mounting of the existing standard truck forks. The tilting carriage is used when the mast tilt is not sufficient and the application requires a greater tilting angle.

This attachment has been constructed for bulk boxes with frontal bottom discharge. The drop-bottom box dumper is installed on the fork carrier between the existing forks.

Fork positioners enable hydraulic positioning of forks. These attachments are used in particular for frequently changing load widths. Due to the sturdy frame construction, the heavy-duty version is even suited for the toughest applications. A great deal of spreading stress can be absorbed due to the double-shaft guide and the bolt-on forks. When handling round goods, we recommend chamfering the inner and outer edges of the forks in order to avoid damage to the goods. For the emptying of boxes, the attachment is available as a rotatable version.

Fork clamps allow forks to be adjusted beyond the width of the lift truck. Due to their robust construction and appropriate cylinders with check valves, a powerful clamping force can be generated and maintained between the forks.
