Our 3-inch Pipeline Filter Screens are designed with a strong and resistant mesh which is thermally bonded into a green plastic disc gasket. Fitting the hose connections between the tanker truck and milk storage, the screens are designed to keep milk free of sediment during tanker loading and unloading. They provide a positive quality check for foreign material, and help protect pumps and equipment downstream.

Engineered to fit over the vents in a tanker truck, Filter Cell Tanker Vent Filters provide for air flow into a tanker while preventing debris from entering during loading and unloading. Filter Cell utilizes a replaceable Tuffy filter sleeve with a plastic cage and cap assembly. Simply place the sleeve over the cage and snap on the cap to keep the filter in place.

Isotropic filter and filter support allows venting of tanker truck while unloading. Designed to keep out debris, but allow air in for proper unloading. Pipeline Filter Screens help to keep milk free of sediment each time you unload a tanker. These filters can be easily clamped in between either the bulk tank or the tanker truck and the transfer hose valve while transferring milk between the farm and the milk processing plant. Sanitary Air Blow Discs are designed for compressed air systems used in food processing plants. These disposable filters trap unwanted particles and are available in two different micron-rated materials (40 micron Tuffy nonwoven fabric and 1 micron SMS Polypropylene) and four different diameters (1", 1-1/2", 2", and 2-1/4").

Schwartz cotton bags are engineered to fit most mainstream-type basket strainers. Using sewed-seam construction and a stainless-steel ring, these bags provide an additional level of filtration performance in food processing operations. They are rated at 300 microns. The bags are available in short and long lengths.
