Gamma Dose Rate

MIRA - GMT-based Gamma Dose Rate Monitoring System

MIRA is a highly versatile and very flexible gamma dose rate monitoring system. Due to its modular design, it can be configured and used in different ways and thus covers versatile applications. It facilitates not only a gamma probe but can be extended by means of internal and external options to various gamma monitoring stations. MIRA can be deployed in both fixed installation and mobile applications. Its special features are autonomous operation capability and a highly reliable wireless data communication design. MIRA is a gamma dose rate detection system that uses two Geiger-Müller detectors to cover a wide measurement range from 10 nSv/h to 10 Sv/h calibrated for Ambient Dose Rate Equivalent H*(10).

MIRA - Solar Power Stationary Station

This solar power station is used for permanent installation, if no infrastructure like power grid is accessible. It can be placed directly on a flat surface using an additional mount without need of special constructions. The power supply for the station is a combination of a solar panel with battery backup. The extended power supply allows data transmission in shorter intervals compared to the integrated solar/battery combination of the MIRA detector.

Spectrocopic

Sara - Spectroscopic Detection Systems

For the first time, SARA enables permanent spectroscopic online monitoring of gamma radiation, including automatic nuclide analysis, without any time restrictions and under any climatic operating conditions. In addition to monitoring in the air, a series is also available for continuous operation in water. By means of online spectrometry, SARA is able to detect very low concentrations of artificial nuclides, thus allowing nuclear events to be identified quickly and effectively. This constitutes a significant improvement in the early warning function of radiation monitoring systems. The various technical specifications and configuration options support a diverse range of applications.ions.

TUNA - Spectroscopic Water Detection Systems

TUNA enables permanent spectroscopic online ring monitoring of gamma radiation, including automatic nuclide analysis, in water up to a depth of 500 metres without any time restrictions. TUNA is able to detect very low concentrations of artificial nuclides, thereby allowing nuclear events to be identified more quickly and effectively. This constitutes a significant improvement in the early warning function of radiation monitoring systems. The different technical solutions and configurations possibility allow several applications.

Other Products

Lisa - Handheld Radio-Isotope Identifier (RIID)

The LISA is the latest handheld radio-isotope identifier (RIID) from ENVINET. The LISA uses identification capabilities that have been selected by the US Government for Border Protection and Coast Guard missions based on ID performance, ease of use, and the built-in calibration that completely removes annual maintenance. Advanced algorithms enhance the performance of the gamma detection system and the optional neutron detector is 3He-free, employing 6Li:ZnS technology to achieve class leading handheld sensitivity.

Mobile

MONA - Mobile Spectroscopic Detection System

MONA is Scienta Envinet’s mobile spectroscopic detection and survey system for vehicle or airborne use. It is able to detect the smallest amounts of artificial radiation in the environment. The system acquires the gamma spectra and identifies the isotopes, calculates the total gamma dose rate as well as the dose rate for each identified nuclide. It compares the measured and calculated results with predefined alarm levels and uses GPS data to assign the actual monitoring location to the related data records and spectra. MONA combines state-of-the-art detector technologies with a modern software environment. In combination with the robust design, the intuitive user interface enables operation under any environmental conditions. It is easy to use and the integrated sophisticated analysis provides all information needed for decision-making.

MONA-EPR - Mobile Spectroscopic Detection System

MONA-EPR is the customized, self-contained spectroscopic in-situ gamma detector for RN emergency preparedness and response. It is designed to measure and analyze online and continuously the gamma spectra under extreme environmental conditions. MONA-EPR is based on the wellestablished SARA for environmental monitoring and can detect even minor changes of the composition of the nuclear spectra in the environment. This significantly improves the recognition and identification of artificial isotopes. It is designed for vehicle operation as well as for backpack outdoor use, even in harsh environments.

Radioxenon

SAUNA - Radionuclide Monitoring System

SAUNA is a fully automatic system for detection of radioactive xenon gas in the ambient atmosphere. SAUNA III performs uninterrupted sampling, processing, quantification, and activity measurement of the four xenon isotopes 133Xe, 135Xe, 133mXe, and 131mXe. The SAUNA system comprises a sampling system, processing system, quantification system, detector transfer system, detection system, UPS system and a State of Health system for system supervision. The instrument has a modular design and everything except the detection system is installed in 19” racks.

SAUNA QUBE - Radioactive Xenon Monitoring System

A change of perspective: stationed on own territory, QUBE monitors distant nuclear events. Radioxenon is the earliest indicator of irregularities in the operation of nuclear facilities. The isotope signature reveals the type of source and its condition, the array concept the point of origin.

Aerosol

SIRA - Spectroscopic Aerosol Monitoring System

Based on Scienta Envinet’s tried-and-tested, reliable spectroscopic solution SARA, SIRA detects extremely low amounts of artificial radioactivity in the air. The robust design, high automation, flexible analysis, easy handling and seamless integration into existing surveillance networks make SIRA the comprehensive answer to your air monitoring requirements. The gamma spectroscopic aerosol monitor combines industry-leading components, namely Scienta Envinet’s SARA from Germany and an aerosol sampler made by Digitel Elektronik AG of Switzerland. A perfectly coordinated mechanical design is paired with sophisticated algorithms that control the monitor with maximum precision and analyze the measurement data in situ.
