Scientific Dust Collectors` Supersonic Pulse Jet Top Removal (SPJ-T) Collector is designed with a full walk-in plenum for easy bag access from the clean side. It utilizes the patented supersonic nozzle cleaning system as well as a high-side inlet so that the heavier dust falls out of the air stream. These features allow the collector to operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios, lower pressure drops, and provide longer filter life. The SPJ Series is a heavy duty reverse pulse jet dust collector that operates continuously without requiring the process to be shut down for cleaning. The walk-in feature on the SPJ-T Series allows bag changeout from the clean side while not being exposed to the elements.

Scientific Dust Collectors` Supersonic Pulse Jet Railing Top (SPJ-RT) Collector is designed for easy top bag removal from the clean side while maintaining low headroom. It utilizes the patented supersonic nozzle cleaning system as well as a high-side inlet so that the heavier dust falls out of the air stream. These features allow the collector to operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios, lower pressure drops, and provide longer filter life. This design has all the same benefits and features as our walk-in plenum design. The only difference is that the bags are accessed through `lift-off` doors on the roof of the baghouse. The Railing Top design allows bag access where outside temeprature is hot enough to prohibit entry into a walk-in plenum.

Scientific Dust Collectors` Supersonic Pulse Jet Bottom Removal (SPJ-B) Collector is designed for low-profile applications where headroom is a factor. It utilizes the patented supersonic nozzle cleaning system as well as a high-side inlet so that the heavier dust falls out of the air stream. These features allow the collector to operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios, lower pressure drops, and provide longer filter life. This design also has all the same benefits and features as our top bag access designs. The only difference is that the bags are accessed from the dirty air side of the baghouse.

It utilizes the patented supersonic nozzle cleaning system as well as a high-side inlet so that the heavier dust falls out of the air stream. These features allow the collector to operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios, lower pressure drops, and provide longer filter life.

We can provide powered (with a fan) and non-powered (without a fan) bin vents. We can also customize the bottom flange to match customers` required opening.

Scientific Dust Collectors` Supersonic Pulse Jet Horizontal (SPJ-H) Collector is designed for low headroom applications, similar to the SPJ-B Collector. It utilizes the patented supersonic nozzle cleaning system as well as a high-side inlet so that the heavier dust falls out of the air stream. These features allow the collector to operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios, lower pressure drops, and provide longer filter life. This special design uses horizontal bags that are accessed from the clean side of the unit. This is a specialty application unit where the dust is large and stringy, but there is a low headroom requirement.

Scientific Dust Collectors` Supersonic Pulse Jet Insert (SPJ-I) Collector is designed for conveyors, tanks, silos, air slides, cyclones, and bins. This self-contained dust collector is integrated into a current enclosure allowing dust to be retained where it is generated and can be custom designed to meet specific needs. It utilizes the patented supersonic nozzle cleaning system which allows for longer filter life while operating at higher air-to-cloth ratios, lower pressure drops, and provide longer filter life. This special design is often used as a retrofit fix to an existing baghouse, where the hopper and dirty air bins are in good working order.

Scientific Dust Collectors` Low Pressure (LP) Vertical Cartridge Collector is economically designed for low volume and low static pressure (less than 10` SP). The LP employs the patented supersonic nozzle-based cleaning system, a generously sized access door, and filter removal using a spring-loaded handle, NO TOOLS REQUIRED! The LP Series Cartridge collectors are manufactured using 12-gauge steel, which eliminates `oil canning` and is heavier than competitor units. This series of cartridge collectors is available with top and side mounted fans. Hopper discharge alternatives are drawers, 55-gallon drums, rotary air locks, or 5-gallon pail.

Scientific Dust Collectors` (MP) Vertical Cartridge Collector and (MPL) Small Vertical Cartridge are economical cartridge units that utilize the patented supersonic nozzle cleaning system as well as a high-side inlet so that the heavier dust falls out of the air stream. These features allow the collector to operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios and provide longer filter life. In the MP Series & MPL Series, the cartridges are mounted vertically with a unique spring-loaded mechanism that applies a constant upward force to maintain a constant seal at the tube sheet. Since gasket leaks are common in cartridge collectors, this spring loaded mechanism eliminates this problem. Scientific Dust Collectors guarantees never to have a gasket leak inside our cartridge collector. With our patented cleaning system, our units operate at higher efficiencies using less media.

Cartridges are secured with a removable-hinged acces door for quick and easy cartridge changeouts.
