Hygiena SystemSURE Plus is the best-selling hygiene monitoring system on the market. This new system uses state-of-the art electronics with improved functionality, but still maintains its small hand-held design and affordability. How does the SystemSURE Plus work? In conjunction with the Ultrasnap and Aquasnap testing devices, Hygiena SystemSURE Plus measures adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the universal energy molecule found in all animal, plant, bacteria, yeast and mold cells. Residues, particularly food or organic residue, contain large amounts of ATP. When left on a surface, residues can harbor and grow bacteria, cause cross-contamination, develop biofilm and many other problems that can compromise product quality.

This sterile pre-moistened cellulose sponge with quick release handle is designed for sampling for microbiological contamination on almost any surface. It is a convenient ready to use product, designed to eliminate the costly, time-consuming steps of diluent preparation, sterilization and application to sampling devices. Packaged in a sterile twirl - tie bag makes this an all inclusive sampling system. Simply remove the handle (sponge attached), collect sample, return to bag, release sponge into bag, twirl bag closed and send to lab for analysis. The added convenience of the quick release handle allows for the sponge to be released directly into the twirl-tie bag after sample collection. Only the sponge goes back into the bag after sample collection eliminating any unnecessary parts that may interfere with sample processing. The Scigiene Cellulose sponge is pre-moistened with 10 mL Neutralizing Buffer, is attached to a quick release handle and is Sterile.

The TempCheck3 is a Single Use reliable and cost effective Temperature Shipping Recorder. Temperature is displayed on strip chart paper in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. FieldLogger is a versatile data acquisition device dedicated to analog variables. It operates as an electronic data recorder by storing measured data into its internal memory for later retrieval and analysis. This device can also operate as a real time remote terminal unit (when supplied without internal memory) by measuring and transmitting measured data to supervisory systems. FieldLogger features eight configurable universal analog inputs, one digital input, alarm outputs and emergency power input which make this a highly versatile device in several data acquisition applications. Configuration can be easily achieved by using the Windows based configuration software package which is supplied with the device. The RS485 communication interface works under MODBUS RTU protocol and provides means for implementing networks with several other devices.
