Our patented Remote Crusher Relief System is a key feature that allows for blockage clearance during operation. The wireless remote control triggers the lifting lid allowing over sized material to pass through the mobile crusher without stoppage. This feature alone can save countless of hours of lost rock crushing during operation.

The 5256T Impact Crusher is a track-mounted crusher designed to crush quarry rock or recyclable materials such as concrete and asphalt. Features include standard heavy-duty tracks, a CAT® ACERT C13 475 HP (354kw) diesel engine – Tier IV Final. This mobile impact crusher is equipped with a 52″ x 56″ (1.3m x 1.4m) horizontal shaft impactor with a 56″ x 38″ (1.4m x .9m) feed inlet opening and fully remote controlled operation. The Spyder 516T Double Deck Screening Plant is a patented aggregate screening plant designed to separate rock, soils, sand & gravel and construction & demolition materials producing three different sizes of product simultaneously. This heavy-duty rock screen features standard equipment such as a CAT® C4.4 Tier IV 110 HP (82kw) diesel engine, heavy-duty tracks and remote control movement and operation. The Spyder 516T’s unique patented design allows feeding from three sides with a loader or excavator to accommodate any job site application.

Based on the Spyder 514TS platform, the Spyder 514TS3 Triple Deck Screen takes efficiency and productivity to a new level. The 514TS3 can deliver four finished products simultaneously — fines, small mids, large mids and overs. The 5’x14’ (1.5m x 4.3m) triple-deck has been designed for maximum output and minimal downtime.

The Spyder 514TS is a patented track-mounted, reverse screening plant designed for primary or secondary screening of rock, sand & gravel, soils and other materials. Its 5′-0″ x 14′-0″ (1.5m x 4.3m) double-deck screen is capable of producing three finished products simultaneously. The Scalper 107D Double Deck Screening Plant is a patented, heavy-duty screening plant that is perfect for two product separation. This tough machine is built with USA-made Grade 80 steel plate and a heavy-duty reinforced tubular structure. The hydraulic landing gear and hydraulic axle raise and lower make the Scalper 107D “screening ready” in minutes. The Scalper 77C Double Deck Screening Plant is a patented, heavy-duty portable screener capable of screening soils, aggregates and more. It works best when paired with your 2 yard (1.8m) front end loader. A large feed opening directing material on the 7′-0″ (2.1m) long shaker screen is standard equipment in this easy-to-use and easy-to-own Scalper 77C. The pile heights created by the fines discharge conveyor will give the operator hours of uninterrupted processing time. A compact high capacity processing plant for nearly any feed material.
