Screen includes all the same great features as the rest of the screening systems line.  Includes 51 square feet of screening area, fed by a 6” or 8” inlet with dual fan spreaders deflecting waste down onto the screen making front screen virtually self-cleaning.  Complete Industrial Vac Tank cleanout is capable with the optional side and front splash sheeting.  This allows for Vac Truck to simply back over the front of the unit and raise rear tank-opening and hoist for full tank clean out.  Processes up to 1,000 GPM with 6" inlet or up to 1,600 GPM with optional 8" inlet, of wet well or septic waste, and 8” cam outlet fitting.  This Screen is second to none in the industry for its volume and ease of trash removal.

The Micro-Screen 400 comes in two options! A stand alone unit with adjustable height legs, or flat to mount to a tank or over a manhole! Trash chute can be bolted to both either side for versatility!

The 8912, 8916 or the 1608 belt conveying systems feature belt widths of 12" or 16", smooth or textured belts for cold weather materials with 10` sections up to 20` spans available. These conveyor systems can be used to move biosolids, trash or any other bulk material to disposal or onsite storage. Add a 10`, 8912 model to any one of ScreencoSystems screening units to move trash to dumpster or storage. Belt speeds of 65 FPM up to 370 FPM with inclines from 15° to 30° and belt drive or gear box direct drive electric motors. Patz systems also include steel chain or rubber flite conveyors for material handling.
