SDProget Global Assistance Contract Services
A complete package of Technical Assistance services including the Software update. SDProget Global Assistance Contract is the subscription service that allows the customer to: take advantage of the most complete technical support service, have always the latest version of the Software, update constantly the database with SPAC Data Web. Technical Support will be provided by e-mail, by remote connection or telephone contact according to the situation. Finally, SDProget assistance contract lasts one year without the need for renewal.
Free Software Support Service
Support service for the installation and understanding of Software features. SDProget Free Assistance service allows the customer to obtain technical support during: product installation. for understanding the Software commands and interface. Technical support is provided by remote connection or, if the technician deems it necessary, by telephone contact. SDProget Free Support service is valid for 30 days after purchasing a new license or upgrading an existing license.
