Support in probe configuration incl. cost estimates and advice on special requirements: Our Sea & Sun Technology team offers all customers support with probe configurations as well as with special metrological challenges in the marine and limnic sector. Our clients can rely on expert advice from professional engineers. Each request for a probe configuration and development project will be assessed by a qualified engineer and our experienced management, to provide the right products for our customers’ needs. Just send us your request and we will make you an offer as soon as possible.

After production, each probe is calibrated as a system. SST keeps lifetime files for every probe built, which can be passed on to customers if required. We calibrate and repair our customers’ probes and are also happy to retrofit them at our headquarters on request. We recommend having each probe serviced once a year. A recalibration is done in our recalibration lab usually within 2 weeks. In urgent cases it can be done within 3 days.
