Hydrographic Instruments - Single Beam Sonar

Seafloor Hydrolite-Plus - Single Frequency Echosounder Kit

The new Hydrolite Plus™ is a result of Seafloor`s 20+ years of developing echosounders for surveyors. The Hydrolite Plus™ is one-person portable, and built with robust components to survive any survey environment. Both single and dual frequency units quickly measure and log depths more accurately than standard systems, making fast work of ponds, rivers, lakes, and more.

Seafloor Hydrolite Plus - Dual Frequency Echosounder Kit

The new Hydrolite Plus™ is a result of Seafloor`s 20+ years of developing echosounders for surveyors. The Hydrolite Plus™ is one-person portable, and built with robust components to survive any survey environment. Both single and dual frequency units quickly measure and log depths more accurately than standard systems, making fast work of ponds, rivers, lakes, and more.

Hydrographic Instruments - Multibeam Sonar

Seafloor SeaRAY - Compact Multibeam Sonar System

The SeaRAY™ is an extremely compact multibeam sonar system designed for a multitude of hydrographic survey applications. Its compact footprint allows for simple integration on unmanned surface vessels, from which it can be mobilized into ponds, lakes, rivers, and dredge pits. A hydrodynamic, energyefficient design makes optimal use of battery power, prolonging survey longevity in the field. Data acquisition software included.

Seafloor - Miniature CHIRP FM Multibeam Echosounder

PicoMBES-120SF is a low-cost, miniature CHIRP FM multibeam echosounder (MBES), customized to fit inside the transducer well of the EchoBoat™. The EchoBoat is a 1.68m remotely controlled and autonomous surface vehicle that can be used to perform multibeam surveys in very shallow water or in remote areas where it is difficult to launch conventional survey boats. PicoMBES-120SF features rugged, fully encapsulated transducers and an aluminum topside with optional integrated Applanix INS. All beamforming and digital signal processing are performed within the sonar, allowing a direct connection from the sonar to a computer via Ethernet, or Android smartphone/tablet via WiFi. GNSS and IMU connect to the sonar - no rack-mounted hardware is required. Android and Windows GUIs are provided for real-time display and recording. The Android app features a real-time 3D point cloud allowing bathymetric data to be acquired using a tablet or smartphone in an Aquapac.

Unmanned Surface Vessels (USV)

Seafloor HyDrone - Uncrewed Surface Vessel for Hydrographic Survey Applications

The HyDrone™ 4.5 is a one-person portable catamaran platform engineered for professional hydrographic survey applications. It features a lightweight, wide-profile design with watertight construction that provides exceptional stability and durability in the field. Re-engineered for greater capability and efficiency, the HyDrone 4.5 includes an enhanced battery system for longer missions and faster charging, full servo compatibility for flexible configurations, and a tool-less assembly system that allows for quick setup and breakdown. With smart integration, improved electronics, and rugged marine-grade components, the HyDrone 4.5 delivers the same reliable results as larger, more expensive survey systems while offering more power, flexibility, and ease of use.

Seafloor TriDrone - Foldable Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV) for Hydrographic Survey Applications

The TriDrone™ USV is a super-compact, portable platform for conducting hydrographic surveys in confined & remote bodies of water. With remotely controlled capabilities, a durable assembly, and a hull-integrated single beam echosounder, this USV brings automation and efficiency to any work site. The USV gains stability from its triple pontoon design and folds into thirds for one-person transport. Its maneuverable servo thruster steers the USV into previously unreachable zones with heightened precision and repeatability. Safely conduct hydrographic surveys from the shore and increase productivity in the field with the TriDrone™.

Seafloor Trident - Portable Uncrewed Surface Vessel for Multibeam Hydrography

The Trident USV™ is a remote platform purpose-built for multibeam hydrographic surveys. This trimaran collects high resolution depth data via remote control or preplanned autonomous routes, and reaches areas inaccessible by larger survey vessels. The sonar bay of the center hull allows for flexible integration of various compact multibeam systems, and the outriggers detach for one-person transport. Extend the capabilities and flexibility of your surveys with the Trident USV.

Seafloor EchoBoat - Uncrewed Surface Vessel for Hydrographic Survey Applications

The EchoBoat-160™ USV is a purpose-built remote survey platform for hydrographic data collection. With true one-button startup, the nimble vessel accomplishes the same results demanded of large, crewed boats more efficiently and at a fraction of the cost. Like its renowned predecessors, the fifth generation EchoBoat-160™ integrates professional-grade sensor suites in a compact package to navigate challenging bodies of water by remote control or autonomous wayfinding. Perform hydrographic surveys remotely, safely, and confidently with this meticulously engineered unmanned surface vessel.

Seafloor EchoBoat - Uncrewed Surface Vessel for Hydrographic Survey Applications

EchoBoat-240™ allows users to integrate robust equipment payloads and obtain professional-grade survey results remotely. Still two-person transportable, it is ideal for launching from a trailer or cart in areas where a manned boat is not feasible. Live props reduce weed entanglement, and the SVP is encapsulated in the bow. The wave-piercing hull was designed to efficiently collect data and save time in the field. It can also be lowered via davit from a survey boat to be used as a force multiplier, working alongside the main vessel.

Seafloor HydroCat - Uncrewed Surface Vessel for Hydrographic Survey Applications

The HydroCat-550™ USV is capable of transiting from inshore to nearshore environments with high-resolution equipment payloads to conduct preplanned autonomous hydrographic surveys. The 5.5m (18ft) catamaran features individually-articulating pontoons, a gimballed deck, retractable sonar pole mount, and independently-actuated electric motors. The vessel can be transported via trailer, programmed to execute missions, and navigate up to sea state 5 conditions with its aluminum hull construction.
