The Sealing System IP-4 Palletizer is designed for continuous 24/7 operation with minimal maintenance requirements. The palletizer handles various packaging forms including cardboard cases, plastic boxes, and film-wrapped items. It has a throughput of up to four layers per minute and can be adapted for multiple production lines. The user-friendly interface facilitates the easy configuration of new patterns and performance monitoring with graphical error display, reducing downtime.

Sealing System’s driven modular conveyors are used for transporting products. The modular conveyors are suitable for high throughput productions and provide safe transportation of the product. The modular conveyor belt ensures full support under the products.

Sealing System has a variety of driven belt conveyors with different options. Belt conveyors may also be used to lower or increase the height at which the product is transported. The belt on the belt conveyor is typically Polymax or FDA.
